Professors don’t need that much parking spots! Commuters shouldn’t have to worry about not finding spots when we pay so much for parking

You don’t have to go to college to be successful. There’s so much you can do with your life. My sister didn’t go to college and she is thriving.

Bleh the GenEd system at JMU makes me angry. I'm a second-year Psych major and I'm taking Geology because I have to in order to graduate! I feel like the GenEd system should be more so required for undeclared majors.

It's rare that a kid knows exactly what they want to do. I don't think taking a year off is likely to fix that. Young people figure things out by getting out there and trying things. Living at home while working part time at Chic-Fil-A -- which is the likely to be the case 90% of the time -- probably won't lead to an epiphany. They way to figure things out is by doing what you did... go to school, take classes, get out of your comfort zone, and find out what interests you.

I do think sororities are overrated. I think girls only rush because of the social aspect. I would say the first couple weeks of school keep your dorm room open so you can meet other girls.
