Здесь многие пишут про Мита. Но даже Mr.Ngoc точно не сможет сказать где Мит. Mr. Ngoc уже отвечал в коментариях про Мита и он говорил, что Мит на одном из этих же остров. Мит относится к другой породе обезьянок и поэтому его отправили на другой остров. И Мит был еще мал и за ним там присматривали. И никто никакой лицензии на Мита не оформлял. Это ложная информация. Mr.Ngoc тоже подтверждал это в коментариях.

Kaka has gained weight and filled out nicely. Her hair is shiny and looks healthy. Must be all those grasshoppers she loves to eat lol. When she lived in your home she was too skinny. I think the dad wants everyone to be skinny. That wasn’t healthy for Kaka. I think she’s happy living on the island and enjoys her family visiting occasionally. Kaka doesn’t always do what the dad tells her to anymore because she realizes she’s free now and can make her own choices.

Kaka actually doesn't want to be bothered. She just wants to roam free. Kaka surely lives with someone here. This is no monkey island . Kaka is lonely because there are no monkeys to interact with. This is Ngoc new job. Think, people!!!!!!!.,It's all about him making money. Period.
Most of other monkeys hide up in the trees. You cannot see them. She has a monkey friend there, he was shown in the first video as Mr Ngoc saw her.
Some of the monkeys in the videos were called „Kaka“ but they were not her.
Different teeths, many teeths or none, light fur, dark fur, tail brown, tail black … big white beard, little or none. 30 tame monkeys came last year to the island. Together there are round about 300 there.

Your comment is strange and does not match what is known about this case. Kaka and Mit were confiscated and it is extraordinarily strange for you to suggest otherwise when the facts of this case have been substantiated by the ENV and the details related to the confiscation were posted to the organizations social media. To clarify, Kaka and Mit were confiscated after several viewers discovered the family's address and filed a complaint with the ENV. I am not sure how things work in your country, but most countries in the world have rules/laws in place to prohibit citizens from keeping some or all animals from nature as pets and this is true even if those same countries are not invested in actively seeking out those who do so and only respond if someone makes a fuss.
There are so many monkeys on YT that some assume that people in their country are allowed to keep them in homes as pets, but that is simply not the case. Despite what you may have heard there are no papers, permits, licenses or anything else that would have prevented Kaka from being confiscated and there are none that will enable Ngoc or anyone else to return her to a home. In this case, Kaka and Mit would still be with the family if not for the "tattle-tales" who discovered their address and filed a complaints and by the same token all the others who have pet monkeys in their country would be in the same position if those same "tattle-tales" discover their addresses and make a report. This might be the first time we have seen a YT monkey confiscated, but it is not unusual and the ENV's FB is full of animals the organization has referred for confiscation.
Your comment fails to acknowledge how hard Ngoc and Kaka's fans worked to try to secure an exception for both monkeys. Ngoc and Kaka’s fans worked diligently to secure an exception for Kaka and Mit when they were first confiscated. The family and fans contacted everyone from organizations to government representatives and embassies, but no one could or would help. It turns out that everyone from organizations to experts to governments around the world opposes monkeys living as pets and would prefer this sad situation to the alternative. It is easy to make assertions from our positions at home, but as it stands, the situation is very sad, extraordinarily sad, and we can only understand and sympathize with the position they are in and hope and pray that the government allows an exception in this case.
Kaka and Mit belong to the state (FPD) and have been mandated to live their lives naturally at the government-run national park in accordance with the country's wildlife policy. The family is at the mercy of the state and Kaka and Mit cannot return home unless the government grants an exception or changes the laws. The situation is incredibly sad, but all we can do is understand and sympathize with the position they are in.

I truly do not understand why there are so many people with monkeys over there and yet this family cannot have Kaka with them with their home. Something has not been told about this story. Kaka is paying the price. There is something we have not been told.
We all feel sad to see the situation Kaka is in. I can only imagine how much worse the sadness must be for Ngoc and the family. Your question is a good one and has been asked by many who struggle with what appears to be such an unfair situation. Ngoc has done an excellent job communicating with us, but I believe the language barrier and imperfect translations have caused some to see the situation differently from how it is. We should realize from life in our own countries that almost every nation has rules/laws in place to prevent their citizens from keeping some or all animals from nature as pets. Almost all countries have some type of wildlife policy even if those countries do not actively look for those who violate them and only respond when someone makes a fuss. I live in the US and we are not allowed to keep animals from nature as pets either.
We all know there are other pet monkeys on YT and I think people have the idea that people must be allowed to keep them as pets otherwise they would all be taken away, but that is just not the way things work there or in most places around the world. In this case Kaka and Mit would still be with the family if not for a viewer or several viewers who discovered the family's address and filed a report with the ENV. Ngoc told us that even though people do so, they are not allowed to keep monkeys like Kaka and Mit as pets. Kaka and Mit are "macaques", all five native varieties of these monkeys are protected. They are classified differently from other monkeys and along with douc langur, red-shanked douc, gray-shanked douc, and Delacour's langur and several others cannot be kept as pets.
Kaka and Mit were the first YT monkeys we have seen be confiscated, but it is not a rare occurrence, the ENV frequently initiates confiscations when they receive a report of an animal from nature being kept as a pet. Kaka and Mit are in the custody of the state (FPD) and mandated to be released to live their lives naturally at the government run national park in accordance with the law. Despite the perceived unfairness of this situation it's important to recognize that the others would end up in the same position if the "tattle-tales" out there were able to secure enough of required information to make a report.
Ngoc and Kaka's fans worked very hard to secure an exception for Kaka and Mit when they were first confiscated. The fans and family reached out to everyone from organizations to government representatives and Embassies, but no one could or would help. It turns out that everyone from organizations to experts to governments around the world are opposed to monkeys living as pets and would prefer this sad situation to the alternative. The situation is incredibly SAD, but nothing but a government exception or a change in the law can return Kaka to the family. We should all try to understand and sympathize with this unfortunate situation.

Ihr Kommentar ist seltsam!!! Der Nationalpark liegt nicht in der Nähe von Ngocs und Hangs Zuhause. Die Fahrt zum Park dauert mit dem Auto über vier Stunden und Ngoc ist auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Ngoc besucht Kaka einmal pro Woche und es ist ganz natürlich, dass die Zeit dazwischen mit wiederholten Videos gefüllt wird. Es wäre unrealistisch zu glauben, dass Ngoc jeden Tag dorthin fahren könnte.

Die Videos sind schön und ich mag die Familie. Aber irgendwie verstehe ich trotzdem nicht die vielen Videos die doppelt ins Netz gehen und habe das Gefühl das es hier nur ums Geld verdienen geht. Es ist schade das es sich so entwickelt hat. Wo Kaka noch in Familie gelebt hat, gab es ein schönes Videos am Tag und man freute sich. Schade, mag die Familie sein wie wie sie ist. Ngoc unternimmt einmal pro Woche die über vierstündige Hin- und Rückreise zum Ben-en-Nationalpark, um Kaka zu besuchen, und hat diesen Zeitplan viele, viele Male angekündigt. Ngoc hat sich an denselben Besuchsplan gehalten, seit er die erste Besuchserlaubnis erhalten hat, und hat nie versucht, die Zuschauer in die Irre zu führen und ihnen vorzugaukeln, er besuche Kaka häufiger, als er es tatsächlich tut. Als Kaka freigelassen wurde, kündigte Ngoc an, die Zeit zwischen den Besuchen mit Wiederholungsvideos zu füllen, und die überwältigende Mehrheit seiner Fans unterstützte seine Entscheidung. Ngoc entschied nicht, dass Kaka ihr Zuhause verlassen würde, und er hatte keinen Einfluss darauf, wo sie freigelassen wurde. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern, einer Frau und einem Job wäre es unrealistisch zu glauben, er könnte sie öfter besuchen, als er es tut.

Todos los aficionados están tristes por la situación en la que se encuentra Kaká, pero nadie sufre más por estar separado de Kaká que la gente que la crió. Si fuera posible para Ngoc insistir o exigir el regreso de Kaká, lo haría, pero tal y como están las cosas, nada, salvo una excepción del gobierno o un cambio en la ley, puede devolver a Kaká a casa. Kaka and Mit are different varieties of “macaques,” and these two different varieties do not live together in nature and would not be accepted by their monkey groups if kept together. Kaka and Mit were separated to give them the best chance of integrating into their respective groups.
Mit was too young to be released and was moved to another island where he is being cared for by a keeper. Your inquiry about the other monkey you mentioned in your comment would be best presented to the people who raised that monkey. Kaka, Mit and all the other monkeys who at at Ben en "care center" and national park belong to the state and the government (FPD) is in control of how much and what Ngoc can share with us. Ngoc has told us about many of the restrictions that have been imposed and it is hard to imagine that the (FPD) would allow him to speak about a monkey that is not connected to their case. He may not even be privy to any details pertaining to an unrelated case. We need to remember that every situation is different. In this case Kaka and Mit were confiscated. The other monkey you mention was surrendered to the (FPD). The channel had been posting haphazardly for some time prior, the woman was heavily pregnant and the monkey had health issues including foot problems when he was given over to the center. Ngoc and the other fellow carpooled, but they were otherwise not affiliated with one another.
When Kaka was released, Ngoc spoke to the director of the national park and explained Mit’s situation. Kaka and Mit are different varieties of “macaques,” and these two different varieties do not live together in nature and would not be accepted by their monkey groups if kept together. Kaka and Mit were separated to give them the best chance of integrating into their respective groups.
Mit was too young to be released and was moved to another island where he is being cared for by a keeper. Dad Ngoc may not have known about a permit which I believe as he took Kaka out to many places with him. Never hiding that he had Kaka. The most important thing is Kaka is loved like a daughter. This is obvious with his ongoing visits to Kaka ❤
