I was literally crying while watching this video. My love for classical music is immeasurable, and since my childhood I dreamed of becoming a musician (a clarinetist to be exact), but in the environment where I was born, classical music was an unattainable luxury (only afforded if you're rich). I envy people in this video, they are so lucky !

@@maggoteater2290 Can you maybe tell me a bit more about that? I want to soon try my luck at the entry exam as a pianist but would currently measure me as a maybe 6/10 with my skills.
If you have any nice information about how the exam is held or about the main points they want to see in your performance then I would love you to share them with me 🥰

@@noanjordee2892 oh sorry i meant for my instrument which is the trumpet. They have one of the best trumpet players in the world there as a professor. But as for entry exam dont for difficult pieces go for something you can play good on a regular basis with a interpretation youre confident in. Dont be afraid to play the pieces not by the rule but also dont make it to weird. Email the professor and ask for a lesson so you get to know him and if you are thinking about studying piano also consider hamburg they have amazing professors there
