I have top spec keyboard and mouse not to mention beefy pc yet my input precision is not as good as yours, i highly doubt thats pure skill even tho i am not the smartest guy. You must use some kind of macros, no way u can switch weapons so fast 😅 maybe its ping issue cuz my is sadly bad for naraka ( 38 ms ) . This game can be very inconsistent at times.
