Anyone considering a property in Godrej Seven (Orchard and Lakeside) be very careful and critically review what Godrej is doing. My experience is that Godrej is selling inferior quality flats using their big name. They are in a big hurry to sell as many flats as possible before a single flat is delivered. About delivery, the flats in the seven building of Phase 1 will not be delivered by the end of 2023 but sometimes in late 2024 or 2025 as they are going to use COVID exception to legally evade RERA deadline.
@@chayanikabhardwaj689 It could be the best option in Joka-Thakurpukur area. I really liked it. Many unused resales are available. I saw about 12 flats before buying one. There are a lot of choices and good prices. 3BHK 3T 1370 sq ft should be around 70L. Of course you can buy a new flat from DTC too.

@@chayanikabhardwaj689 Yes, Godrej Seven Joka is a total scam. I was lucky to get out of it before signing.
Incidentally I found a wonderful 3BHK 3 Bath resale flat in DTC Southern Heights.
