I thought the title "disparate lives" is a bit negative, as it relates to people drifting apart, like father and son, the former often conservative and the latter one a little revolutionary - yet I like this track,too, quite much. Especially for addressing a interpersonal topic, which is sad, but listening to the song you start to begin looking for ways and options to reconcile and let former relations live up, again.

I ususaly like harder dnb but this is a fucking tune. Earlier today my 6yr old was watching some crap yt vid about some guys making shit out of magnets and had ASMR in the title. It had sharp, very clear sounds and did absolutely nothing for me apart from be annoying. I read up what ASMR is meant to do and just discovered music does that to me. A tingling starts somewhere in my neck and for me it travels in to my head then down my arms, everything goes a little cold and I get goosebumps. Never knew what that was until I read that earlier and this tune just triggered that physiological response. Cool :)
I am making music myself - and one of the hardest parts of the business is to have a good idea for the main part and then imagine ways for introducing this idea, making a good intro. The first time I listened to this tune, I listened at the main part 2 or 3 minutes into the song - there, the feeling was really great. But when listening from the very beginning, it is like the piano plays the same melody as in the main part- you get used to it and when the main part starts you already know the melody too well. This takes away from the overall quality of the track. I know it is damn hard, but if Monrroe or a remixer would do another version where the piano does not reveal its melody so early, this song will become even better.
Ways to improve could be to 1. Filter in the piano - probably with a low pass filter or 2. replacing the piano with another instrument, for instance a flute or a guitar. In the main part the guitar or flute and the piano then could come together where one instrument brings in slight additions to the main theme. Plus a vocal would be fine to add, too
