  • Hey guys, in today's video I recorded all of my range session at the lit range.
    Currently I'm working on staying connected as well as turning on the back swing. I ended up focusing so much on turning that I forgot about tempo and timing which led to my swing being very flat and around my body. That's ok for some people but when that happens to me, things go wrong.
    I went to the range today, did drills and figured some things out. Good news, I'm now hitting the ball well again! Thanks for the support y'all!

    This range would be awesome to have! Our local range here doesn't really have much to aim at beyond 180yds. It's such a weird feeling to aim at pretty much nothing for golf.

    I've got 2 questions for you. Number 1, what is this range called and Number 2, do you ever find it difficult to adjust your swing depending on what shoes you are wearing? I've seen several of your videos and it seems like you golf in a lot of different shoes. Personally, I can only golf in my regular golf shoes or else my shots are awful. Maybe its something I should try as a drill to work on low point control, what are your thoughts?

    Your wedge distance is short for a 150 pw and 195 6 iron. I'd have to see numbers to back that up. I hit my irons 10 yards shorter on my irons. And my wedges are 8-15 yards farther. My 60 goes 102-110 .

    Hitting off of a mat is different from hitting from rough, tight lie, bunker, flyer lie, rain ,wind left to right wind right to left, tail wind, temperature -hot -colder,humid,perfect weather-75 ,hitting out of a divit, addrenaline pumping , im sure you know that though I've been golfing for 3 20 years, and still

    • @ericdomagala6245
      @ericdomagala6245 6 років тому +1

      20 years solid , Golf is such a great sport, the challenge is what is so great about it , the putting you can never master, the short game there can be shots you practice that will only come up a few times a year, but when you pull it off its a motivating feeling, stock yardages are great for hitting greens with easier pin placements -but the precsion come when you factor in all factors pull it off , heres my stock wedges over 14 clubs to show more detail, i use 14 but interchange clubs based on course playing 60 degree 90 yards 58 degrees 97 yards 56 degrees 107 degrees 54 degrees 117 yards 52 degrees 122 yards approach wedge 135 yd pitching wedge here we go I really do hit this this distance 147 yards 99 156 yards 89 166 yards 7-iron 175 yards 6 iron 187 five iron 195 yards 4 iron 210 yards no 3 iron in set, 19 degree 235 and I had to four 4 hybrid 225 I have a M1 3-wood and I'm going to say hit it 265 and have an M1 driver and I hit it to 275 what's great about golf is I can even hit farther than these Distance by lowering the trajectory I've recently been taking on a new swing routine prior to striking a ball and that has been outstanding as far as getting better results instead of just pin High which is okay I have then hitting the ball a lot closer to the PIN my new technique is like Justin Thomas I take a lot less time over the ball now and it's making my game or solid the part where I need to practice is the flat stick I have a long 48th in Odyssey white hot number to putter which I can get very hot with with 15ft butts and less but the leg cutting is horrible with it and it's very tough to go out on a course and not go to the practice green and practice with it prior the other putter I have is a TaylorMade nubbins B2 series with the stroke saver super Fatso grip on it I am not making enough pots for how close I am hitting the ball to the pain I am going to get involved with some serious putting lessons with a local putting Guru in the area it is going to be a bit of money but if I want to get good I cannot keep doing the same methods that I've been using one last thing I do use the orange whip the longer one and that has increased my driver distance probably by about 10 to 20 yards depending on how I feel that day it is it is a pain to swing every day but it's it's been helpful and keeping me loose and getting the rights muscles activated to swing The Club at the at the speed that I want to I do not have time to work out or to play tons of golf during the week I usually get about a few holes in after work and I'll throw down five or six balls at my chip shots and I throw down a driver and I use my 3-wood or one of my hybrids on the driving holes that seems to give me a little bit more golf and I feel like I've gotten a little more practice instead of just playing two holes and one ball
