Sir, If the property has been sold two times and grand son wants his part from his Grandmother property which has been sold and that Grand son Father and mother already got divorced and father got expired and his grandfather gave him to another person by executing adoption papers so that grand son can file partition suit after majority ?

Sir,after 2005 amendment daughter is also a coparcener. So she can file for partition.

Partition deed ka registration karsakte hai uske liye ziyada time nahi lagta, agar court me gaye to Court apne hisab se time lega. Waise partition keliye court jane ki zaroorat nahi hai.

If a partition happened 14 years back, but other party wants re-partition/restructuring the partition. Can it be challenged in court to revoke this re-partition, is there any law for it???

If the partition was against law and if there is unequal distribution then it can be reopened if this is within limitation.

It's equal distribution, but that party wants to relocate that partitioned land.

Ek beti jiske maa baap ka divorce ho gya ho or woh apni maa ke sath rehti ho. Maa ne divorce ke time pe permanent alimony apne or apne bache ki le li ho. Kya bachi balik hone ke baad or apne pita ki mrityu ke baad pita ki property par right rakhti hai? Pita ka koi or utraadhikari nahi hai. Par pita ki ancestral property hai self-acquired nahi.

Sir minor can ask for partition on the behalf of his guardian or mother
