That dancer stepping in for Siyeon in the beginning of the showcase is their performance director, Hwang Sooyeon. She is part of the choreo team as well.
The DanceEAR performance is amazing. The level of talent and work it takes to be able to dance AND sing like that is ridiculous and to do it with raw unfiltered vocals takes some serious confidence. The Its Live performance they dropped yesterday foregoes the choreography and they focus solely on vocals and having fun. Watching them hold those belts for the full 16 count is just as impressive and is a good contrast to how they modified the vocals to compensate for dancing. As always, love your reactions to DC.
Love that you did a direct comparison between the showcase and the ot7 dance practice! It's so neat seeing the differences and how they adjusted things. The symmetry of the ot7 choreo is so *chef's kiss*. And I completely agree, the obvious gaps are oddly heartwarming, similar to the masked dancer for Handong but in a new, different way for them. Oh my goodness, your smile during Siyeon's last belts at the end of the live performance, and the following tearing up

I’ll probably have to wait until the scream and boca videos are released but I’ve always been curious in what you thought about how dc added handong back in to those to dances vs how they they did it as a six.
So this is an interesting thing! At that time I was made aware that she wasn't in them but didn't do an OT6/OT7 comparison like I was able to do here. But there is a chance I mentioned some adjustments that were made in her absence that were shifted upon her return in similar cases! LOVED BOCA....
Hi. I know I'm coming in 2 weeks late here (I just now discovered your channel) but I thought you might want to know this. On Dreamcatcher's official channel there is a set of "CAM" videos for both the Justice and 2 Rings showcase performances. Each set includes a video focused on each members (i.e. JiU CAM, SuA CAM, etc). Think of them as a professional fan cam for each member (minus Siyeon, sadly). There's also a 'Dreamcatcher CAM' which shows the full group performance taken with a stationary camera. They're basically the showcase performances without all the fancy camera work. I don't expect you to analyze all 14 videos but I think people would like to see you react to / analyze the group performances. The bonus is that you can also react to / analyze the 2 Rings performance too, which you may or may not have already done🙂. At the very least, I thought you might enjoy watching the individual fan cams. I enjoyed this reaction. I've subscribed and I'll check out your your other reactions as I have time. Keep up the good work. 😁
