I don't know how you do this haha. I am watching this with true awe. Especially the cooking early in the morning. In the Netherlands, where I live, we cook only for dinner most of the times. Breakfast and lunch are easy and I find even cooking once (mosty Moroccan food, so it takes a while) hard with three small kids and all the chores.
