I learned about Plum Japonais through of this Chanel. I haven’t tried Athena’s take on it, but for now my plum fix has been satisfied via Xerjoff’s Muse.

About Ultra Zest - is really good, best flanker after Angel Man. Hard to get but I got a bottle of tester and one new in the box :) will hold on to it for as long as I can ha ha

I was hoping there was another alternative to Ultra Zest. Neon Orange is ok but it only maybe 75-80% similar and it doesn't last nearly as long as Ultra Zest.
I actually have Criminal of Love and also have the Some like it Hot! Also have a couple of the Some like it Hot in a newer package! I do have a small decant of Plum Japonais and I’m trying not to use it. 🥺. I hope they do bring this back in the original blend!
Maybe you could do an alternative for Zenga’s Florintine Iris. It’s a really nice fabric softener iris violet combo that was just discontinued and I am bummed because it’s really grown on me.
Jealous you pulled out a full bottle of Gucci Envy. Best fragrance. The one I use that comes close is from house of Floris called Santal. Not the new intense version but the old school 2000's Floris Santal EDT. Not the same but comes close to Envy

Dior Homme Parfum launched in 2014 and I never saw a silver stem for that. I experienced it on its first launch in 2014 and bought my first bottles in December 2014. I’ve been wearing it since then you might be referring to the original Dior Homme which came in a silver stem, never smelled that one unfortunately.
It is interesting, that perfumes are being reformulated because they contain cancer causing substances but they continue to use tobacco, a known carcinogen, in fragramces.
They use both flowers and leaves. Tabacco contains many harmful ingredients besides nicotine. They try to remove the nicotine and other harmful components but they cannot remove it all. @@isobel64
