Yeah. Tank is just built different. Devin himself despite what people said was not ready for tank. The only gripe I have is that tank is so good and talented he could accomplish much more then he has in the sport.

Your excellent commentary made me think of Marciano. Specifically because of how people underestimate the advantages of reach. Marciano was better technically than people know... It is all on film, including adjustments he made to be able to be successful. Do you consider Marciano a great fighter?
I like this take but man Frank ain’t no shakur either tbh. Can’t underestimate shakur but I also see shakur boxing him all night and just getting caught and it’s over. But then again I honestly don’t even see shakur losing rounds to frank and I actually think frank gets stopped by shakur definitely..

As I said, Shakur could be the next Sugar Ray Leonard in that he can cross over because of his personality. If his grandfather can keep him from "admiring his work" when he throws his combos and stay focus as much on incoming as his own offense, Shakur has a great chance of winning. But the habit of proving he can stand and trade is not one to have with Tank. That said, Shakur has to be promoted as the star he can be. Blessings, Sayf

Can you expand on that? because I thought that he physically is built for fighting and that paired with his awkward style and ability to make reads was the key to his success. I believe I’ve even heard Israel say something to the same effect.

What I mean are the diverse gifts you see in more athletic fighters. His style is almost robotic compared to them and his extreme focus allows him to stay on point and beat guys who are more athletically gifted. Case in point is his ownership of Israel. As salaamu alaikum ahk, I used to think Shakur could beat Tank too. But, after the Martin fight, I've changed my mind. Tank will cut off the ring eventually and make Shakur fight. When that happens, Tank can take all of Shakur's but Shakur wont be able to take it from Tank. One other option is that Shakur could literally run the whole fight and not fight at all, but I don't think he would do that to his reputation, that could ruin his career.
