Took me to 18 to pull shanks, then went all the way to 30 to get ace.
I got cooked on this part, but I got every other anniversary character so I can't complain.

Pull on ace banner and if it goes well, pull on roger banner after
Roger over Ace, coz Roger is anni legend n have better usage than Ace
@@vertexajah1838 Ace charges all specials to max if you run double ace. He's insane for farming. He's great for pvp. He does things no other unit does. Roger is very nice, but I think it would benefit him more to have ace if he had to choose between them.

i have a theory, if you spend, even just sometime not a big spender, maybe they put you in a list of spenders with a bit of more chance to get legends. maybe not, but i would do it without saying to anyone if i was the ceo of a game.
