We have probably the most talent I have seen on a Jags team in years...BUT...we DO need to draft better...I actually think Baalke has done a good job...BUT...I would like to see less 'REACH" or "PROJECT" draft picks...and more picks of guys you THINK can step right in and play in year 1...definitely by year 2.....I dont have a problem taking a flier on rd 5-7...but RD 1-4 we need more immediate contributions.
