Interstellar is one of my favourite films partly because of the breathtaking cinematography. I was able to see it in IMAX in 2014 and it was one of the best cinema experiences I’ve had.
Lucky, in the uk they still show it in cinemas every couple months, but never usually in imax sadly. Hopefully like with inception they will do a re release for its 10th anniversary
Academy always give Oscar to either something which gives a message or something which is perfect according to classic film making but they hardly recognise beauty of movies like interstellar because they just see it a another movie and judge it by its flaws.but interstellar is more than a movie ,the impact it can put on a student is beyond words.it have power to make someone curious for universe forever his life.yes, this movie may have some flaws according to film critics but these types of movies are judge by their impact .

Saw it 4 times IN IMAX at Hyderabad in 2014, the 2nd largest Imax screen in the world. The best experience I have ever had the movies. Money and time well spent.
I prefer Organ Variation. Hans Zimmer can take me to a whole new dimension with just two notes. Organ Variation is my most favorite piece of music of all time.
One of the best films ever made, perfection is seen in his work. Having real human emotions and science fiction. This film has perfect score, perfect concept, perfect actors, perfect characters, perfect visuals, perfect storyline. Really apart from godfather this is the film I'll consider 10/10
Lot of people say that they want to forget Interestellar so they can watch it again, in my case, I can watch it 100 times and it will always be like the first one. Best movie.
Except I think this movie's also got an amazing and emotional story. It does have a few flaws here and there, but they're minor and negligible issues for me.
@@geometrydashiuppiter6910 the reason I didn't find the plot good is because my expectations were too high, people told me it was the "best movie ever" so I had incredibly high expectations. Although I will agree that it's really good and very emotional.

I can’t put into words how much this movie affected me as a kid. I’ve always had a close relationship with my father and I remember bawling my eyes out watching this. I wrote a letter for my father the next day and left it on his pillow. I was only 11 so I just wrote that I never wanted him to go to space. (I know the movie ended happily, but imagining not seeing my dad for that long scared me.) I don’t remember what he said, but I was so happy I had given it to him, I had convinced myself that I was the reason he never left off for space and never came back. Anyways, this film spawned my love for the cinema. Since I watched it, I have descended deeper into the world of film. It’s the way I relate to others, the way I learn, the way I make friends, the way I feel emotions I wouldn’t otherwise. Excuse the pouring of my heart, but I just wanted to state my appreciation
Interstellar has a way of showing the greatness of the cosmos. Personally, I think it shows us the moment that space meets time, that death meets life, and vice versa. And while that, we see how everything goes on and never comes back. How regret can hollow and corrupt you. But it also shows us beauty, wonder, importance, love. I'm left with no words.

This movie has a special place in my heart. Tt was the 1st sci-fi movie i ever watched, when i was 13. Went to see it in IMAX with my father. Seen it probably 15 times since and haven't yet found any other piece of film that represents everything I love about sci-fi. The movie is about making decisions based on your feelings and the meaning didn't open up to me until later on. It represents humanity and the fact that irrational decisions driven by feeling are just as valid as rational ones and can sometimes even turn out better. It is what makes us human. I love this movie with all my heart and hope it never loses it's shine for me.
This is one of the best movies of all time because it just hits you differently then almost any other movie, there's no other movie like this besides 2001 space odyssey
That main theme never gets old. I usually get goosebumps from the song in the first time ever, or in the first time for a long time, but this time I got goosebumps right away after listening it for a whole year!!

It's literally a cinematographic masterpiece... Water I'd love love love to see you make that!!
I could literally feel the gforce during the docking scene when i was in the theater. Such a wild experience, not one person there even breathing huge pipe organ and horns booming off the speakers. I so regret not watching it in IMAX.
Without a doubt, the best film ever created and ever will be... The reason is because it combines all the genres perfectly and quite beautifully (not just Sci fi) And This film is a gift to everyone living in 21st century as it shows that there is no limit for human endeavor

There are two types of movie scores. The first are those that complement the story, and capture what the movie says in a musical medium. These are most film scores.
