I feel like this is something that would never be made available in the US. It’s too... exactly what I want in a relaxation session. Lol. But in all seriousness, our spa/relaxation offerings here are extremely upscale, itemized, and regimented(?), and they absolutely do not have to be. For example, can you imagine walking into a spa and asking someone to rub your shoulders and clean your ears? You’d be charged for a full body massage and a referral to an ENT.
