@@PortMonkeys unfortunately, we are still having issues. We were told on the ship we’d receive $300 pp for a future cruise and $100 pp credit towards our folio. Still haven’t received the $100. And can’t figure out where the credit is for future cruise. I emailed them twice and no one has responded. A sales representative keeps trying to get me to book another cruise, but he says he doesn’t know anything about our credit. It’s been a mess!
What a bummer! The folio credit would have needed to be used on the ship. Check your bill and see if it had been credited. FCC’s are stored in your Princess account. You only see it if you look to book another cruise. Contact customerrelations@princesscruises.com. I hope this helps!
