I drive my s197 everyday in the snow. Awesome tips bro! I live in montana but I'm not afraid of driving any of my stangs in the snow! Stay safe out there stang unit!!!
I learned how to winter drive in a foxbody w/o winter tires but went with Hankooks asap. I enjoy the rwd experience more than the fwd experience (both with winrer tires)
Just ordered some Toyo observe ice tires. Thanks for the sandbag tip. Gonna be commuting 120 miles in the snow sometimes now that winters here. 11’ 5.0 6m
I'm moving from California to Virginia and have a 2019 ecoboost😬 I'm in the military and wasn't planning on leaving but I love my car. Which blizzacks do you have specifically? It looks like there are 2 or 3 different blizzack "styles" for a mustang

That’s awesome and I agree rwd is the most fun

You got this
Nice tire selection 👌🏽. The blizzaks are definitely top tier
Agreed😎
I live in Canada and have been considering getting a RWD crown vic for a while. Thank you for the tips.
No problem!!
I learned all this in the old fashion hard way 😂 now I’m a pro!! All good tips my man! 🤙🏽🍺
Yeah I was lucky to have the internet before I tried this 😂
I got this year can’t wait to try on S197 .... i was driving all season last winter in winnipeg ❄️🙋🏻♂️
That’s awesome good luck!!
I drove my mustang last year in the snow and it was pretty horrible, gonna get some snow tires and I’m so ready to not slide every turn I take
TR1P it makes such a huge difference
I had blizzaks and they are amazing tires for snow driving! (I don’t own a mustang though.. but it’s an ambition)
I love them they’ve worked great for my stang
great vid man, just subbed it helped me a lot because Im about to get my first mustang and hoping I will be able to drive it during the winter😭
Glad it helped! If you do these you’ll be just fine imo. I’ll have more mustang content coming once the winter comes and bike season slows
What do you think about only getting winter tires for the back? I’m on a budget
It would definitely help still. Idk how that would affect the front tho

Not sure I just know they’re Bridgestone blizzaks there was only one available from the website I ordered from
👌
So is this mustang good overall highly thinking abt leaving my Malibu and getting one
Yes it’s a beast
Are these tips good for the 2001 models as well?
Yes
nokian studded tires 👍🏻👍🏻
Shalom Salaam I’ve never tried studded tires, I thought they were illegal in my state until recently
Nice stang 👍
Thanks man
Great content!
Thanks man!
Enlightened
Should have put some donuts in the vid
Joe Albecker I mean they taste good but I don’t think they’re relevant to the video
What size tires in the rear?
Hey I have a ecoboost, I want to throw all terrain tires on em, what do you think?
Youd be better off with snow tires if you’re gonna be in snow
I'm looking at a 2006 V6. I'm unsure if I should purchase though because i would be in this situation- driving it all winter. It would be my only car
Get a V8
How deep till you can't drive?
Haven’t had that happen yet lol
@@BrapGenius I live in Cleveland it's happens about 1 or 2 times a year on average
@@pauls3758 you should be fine as long as there’s snow plows out there
Does it matter if we use salt bags instead ?
Loui V nope that’s fine too, it’s the weight you want over the rear wheels to help with traction
Brap Genius gotcha , I just started watching your videos and I like them so you just got a new sub 👍
Loui V thanks man!!!
Tire chains ⛓
Those work as well
