He did a good review about explaining all of this I'm an AC fan from the beginning played every single last one of them and the originals which was the Prince of Persia AC became AC from it actually going to be Prince of Persia but they changed it into the iconic AC series... Every single person who is complaining about this never played the games don't even know anything about it they do a little research everybody thinks their historical is correct they think they are oh my God I hate how dare people and blah blah blah blah blah... I can't wait to play this one... It's going to be the best out of all of them and everybody's going to cry when they do better than ghosts.. I love ghost of tissue know but it is a simple copy paste paste copy paste base.. go into a Mongol camp in every single camp is exactly the same over and over again the landscape is over and over again the plants over and over again.. blue flower red flower found all over to the maps whether it's winter fall or summer what are those blue flowers grow everywhere but that's okay right..this one will be groundbreaking for Ubisoft and everybody who was talking so bad about it besides the ones who's never played them and ain't even going to play this one will continue to talk crap but the ones who said that they never would they're going to cover it and they're going to make videos about it just like they did with Valhalla mirage and etcetera

I learned a ton of history from games like age of empires 1 and 2 and I can say that at least the first AOE was created with the intent of teaching a young audience about history. Games are a very special form of media, and them being as accurate as possible with history when they portray themselves as history insipred games is important. Having said that I can confidently say that the black gamers would love to get an assassins creed protagonist and I'm all for it, as long as they are historicaly compatible, people with black descendancy have important historic characters, the fact that the media insists on replacing non black characters with black characters is not only an isult to the people being replaced but an insult to the black community. My country has a national hero who had a black person at his side through most his historic battles. Companies just need to make their research correctly and find these historic characters instead of replacing them.

😂😂😂 no it wasn't it was originally supposed to be a game that none of you probably even remember Prince of Persia they came up with three different ones first Prince of Persia sands of Time Prince of Persia warrior within and Prince of Persia play two warriors.. this was originally going to be the newest Prince of Persia but then it turned out to be assassin's Creed it had nothing to do with history or historic play ever was it going to be like that it just had it at that time period which some historical events but it wasn't supposed to teach any of you anything about history... Templars against assassins. That's it they just add Easter eggs in it around the time period and in the region where it's at.. it's so crazy how people are doing podcasts about these games that have never played them don't even know them don't even know the characters to get it all wrong

@@juliosantana-v2c I didn't claim Assassins creed was aimed to teach history, AOE1 was first conceptualized to do that, as I mentioned. I did cllaim that Assassins creed portraits itself as being hisorically inspired and to make a long story short the reaction from Ubisoft was unavoidable from a PR stance and thinking this new game was going to click with the audience was wrong :)

@@SweetChili1111 I personally like the fantasy directions they take it in bringing in magic and stuff, makes it fun! Then I also love how they started with Origin to make a standalone "history tour" where you walk through the Iconic areas and they give actual historical information.
Another thing I have to point out especially the new AoE, if you play as the English, they absolutely NAILED the accents where it's almost unrecognizable to the way we speak English today. Beyond that I love seeing developers taking creative liberties.
