Hi Ladies! I hope all is well, I’ve been meaning to and forgetting, lol, to let you know I was the one at Stitch North that gifted you the decorating pins! 😊. I hope you both have a project or pin cushion to add them too! Congratulations on first trunk show! 💓. You two always make me laugh and inspire my stitching. Good Luck, keep Stitching, Lorie
I had to pause… OOAK. Maybe that’s how they spell oak in Canada. OMG!!! Hysterical!!! Amity … the translation for the piece you purchased is “Many little gnomes come dancing on the roof” Thanks for sharing your travels with us. As always, you bring us a lot of giggles!
Watching the two of you laugh together is sooooo much fun! Every time you said Canada and would crack up, I would too. Made my morning stitching even more fun.
What a great time at your retreats. I think the sister factor has a lot to do with it! And your retreat in Florence-I know there are a lot of the Central Kentucky Stitchers who would jump at the chance to be there. Please let us know first so we can get in our reservations. 😉
Hello from Tennessee! I've missed you both so much and was completely thrilled to have my morning coffee with you today and stitch. 💙🩵💙. I enjoyed hearing all your adventures and am very grateful you showed us all your goodies. 😊. Canada is such a lovely place to visit! Your new starts are fabulous. Thank you for making me laugh so hard! Love you both bunches!
OOAK!!! 😂😂😂!!! I can't stop laughing!!! You are always a highlight of Flosstube!!! I would love to go to Canada & see all the items that Evertote has, just out to see!!!
So sad I didn't get to Stitch North to meet you... please come back in the spring!! Loved hearing about your adventures and hearing your fits of laughter! We do love our poutine here in Canada! 😍 OOAK! OMG I laughed so hard at your OOAK fabric! Love your enthusiasm for retreats and can't wait to hear more about how your creative ideas progress!
So glad to see you back. When I saw the length of the video I stopped by the concession stand to get a tub of popcorn, a gallon of soda and a giant box of M&Ms. With plenty of snacks I settled in for the feature length episode. 😂 Your trip to Canada sounded like such fun.
Colour and Cotton is my LNS. So glad you enjoyed it and my city. I was at the Colour and Cotton stitch day too! So sorry we didn’t meet. Hopefully I’ll run into you sometime! I was at Stitch North last April (going again in May, 2025) and had my first Coffee Crisp! OMG! The best snack ever!
So great to see a full length film from you both! Amity, I too would love to take one of every color off the Colour & Cotton floss wall. And your antics from Canada had me laughing out loud! ❤
I would attend your retreat!! I live in Middle Tennessee and we NEED retreats that are closer to home 🥰 I enjoy retreats but I can only afford to attend a limited amount especially if they require extensive travel. I like to look at the vendors goods but honestly I am happy to just hang out and stitch and laugh a lot!
I had tears in my eyes, had to stop stitching - Oooooak. I chose to watch your video over Jingle Ball. Heading there next. I’ve heard a lot about Stitch North, Canada - glad you got to go. Maybe someday……
You two make me laugh so much!!! Thank you for sharing your experiences at the retreats and traveling. I would love to go to Canada again. You are a joy to watch!
You guys are always so much fun to watch! I hate I missed you at the Jingle Ball and the look of utter betrayal on Erinn’s face 😂 I haven’t tried any floss other than DMC and Pirate + Robin so OH CANADA! 😅
It was so lovely to hear all about your retreat experiences, sounded like so much fun, lovely haul and purchases too. I always giggle so much when I watch you both. Canada! lol 💗
Loved hearing your retreat recaps you got some really good stuff! So glad u both had fun! Going to Canada is on my bucket list, for sure! A stitchy retreat would be great, but just going at all would be amazing! Erinn, I love your nature walk finish those colors are amazing! I recently got the first snow nature walk, I'm excited to start it! You guys crack me up😂 Happy stitching 🐈⬛🪡❤️
I just love watching the two of you chat about your stitchy stuff... always a good time and always have me laughing! I would love to visit Canada for a Stitch North retreat someday!
You two are such a refreshing delight! I have visited Canada once on a vacation and it was a beautiful place. I would love to go again in the future. Happy stitching!!!
Oh my gosh 🇨🇦 Canada yes! Love your channel. Was so excited to see you had a new post to watch during my modern folk embroidery Roxy floss evertote countdown stitch!
In the yarn world, when we buy something we like with no immediate/known plans for a project, we call it “feeding the stash!” So, even if you don’t have plans for any fabric or floss, it’s appropriate to say you’re “feeding the stash.” 😊🤭
Thanks for telling us that Stitch North was in Canada 🤣 I kept waiting for Amity to find a Canada Goose 🤣 Glad you had such a great time at your two retreats. OOOOOAK!
Of course, I'm behind. So glad we got to see you here in St. Louis. Next time, you have to go up in the arch. My husband's uncle actually installed some of the windows! Sounds like you had an amazing time in Canada. Let us know when that retreat is! I'd go. :)
Great floss tube ladies, It was so great to meet and chat with you both during Stitch North in CANADA!! Hope you can make it next fall and we can get to stitch together. Next time I will make sure I bring a corkscrew!!! 😂
Had so much fun and laughs watching your flosstube. Sounds like y'all had a great time at both retreats. Would love to go to Canada and visit Evertote, and Roxy Floss to see her fabrics and floss.
As I was watching your video - before you got to your Stitch North haul - I was considering signing up for the Tiny Modernist patreon. Now I definitely will. Being in Michigan, we're closer to Canada than many states - we decided to take a beach trip in August and realized it was as far as Cleveland for us.
So great ladies! I’m also from the Northern Needleworkers group with Juliet and Suzane from CANADA. I was unable to attend last fall but will definitely be there on weekend one in April 2025. Hope to see you there!
Such a great video! I've never been to Canada (I'm Australian, so it would be quite an undertaking), but I think if I did I would time it so I could go to Stitch North- it sounds like such a great retreat! Happy stitching!
You two crack me up in the best way. Sounds like you had some fun adventures. I'd love to go to Canada one day and check out all the stitchy fun. Can't wait for more videos from y'all ^_^
I’d totally come to a retreat in Florence, KY!!! Also I have a fabric called swamp water from fabrics by Laura that I think Erinn would love, let me see if I can find another. It’s a linen that she dyes from all the waste dye at the end of her dying session
For a low key retreat try Crazy Women Retreat in Casper Wyoming (in September) or its sister retreat, Southern Utah Stitchers in St George, Utah (in March, I’m hoping Primrose Cottage will have their store open by then 🤞🏻). If you have a retreat in Florence my daughter and I would love to come, all the way from Southern California! Love your Flosstube!
Amity, I noticed that the Brenda Keyes Sampler Motif Book has a whole page of deer - there must be at least 25 deer on page 10, in case you are looking for more funky deer! Thanks for another amazing video!❤❤❤
Omg the target birdsssss!!!! Now you have to give each one a back story and a different voice!! Also if there is a flosstube extra for this I’d totally watch!
Lovely to see an update from you about your retreat adventures! You had some truly awesome haul going on! Despite living in Canada, a mere 2 hours away from Brampton, I have yet to make it to Stitch North. I'm currently saving up my pennies. I always look forward to your flosstube - I get so much stitching done!
just received the project bag i ordered from sampley stitched-- had to have one when i saw yours! love the little vampire teeth zipper pull charm 😁. really nice bag!
My sister just sent me a picture of the mushroom bird from Target. She and my daughter collect them. It sounds like you both had a wonderful time. I think you would design a fun filled retreat.
It's only a 7 hour and 14min drive from Madison, WI. I would TOTALLY come down for the weekend. And that's what I did with my "Retreat"! I mean, I didn't do a REAL retreat, but I wanted to stitch with people in person for Jen Lee's #24HOCS Marathon so I booked a reasonable, well lit hotel conference room, put it out there that people could come, offered the space, and charged enough to cover the room and some people showed up! We're small, 15-20, but so is the room, but it's a great time :)
Oooakk - it’s Canadian 🇨🇦 LOL you guys what a crack up! I am going to Canada next year so maybe I should be looking to see what retreats are on before I finalise my ticket?? Take care, Nic x
Sounds like you had s fabulous time in Canada 🇨🇦! Hope you saw some Ooak trees while you were there 😂😂😂 Honestly, like other comments, this had me chuckling well! Your sister relationship is so lovely, it makes me wonder if you've always been like this with your lols or if there have been times of war and disagreement (much more similar to my reality with my sisters 😂)?

You both are getting punchy from all the filming. 😂. I would come to Florence! I’m around Akron, Oh. Count me in. Such fun convo about both your retreats. Great projects and haul. Love it.
Do you get motion sick? The arch is really cool, but it's very tight quarters and very hot. Its like a Mork & Mindy egg pod. By the time you get to the top, it's rare if you're not sick. Then as you look down through the windows, you feel the floor move because it sways in the wind. I was ready to go back down after 5 minutes at the top but dreaded the ride back down. I recently found a chart at a local thrift store and thought of you. It's a big beautiful Macaw. I'd love to go to Canda for Stitch North.
I’m sorry but I had to stop ur video and go order me one of those Land End bags. Plus I got 50% off. I’m so excited, can’t wait to get it between the 13-19th of December. Ty for sharing with us. Oh CANADA !!! I love it when they sing the National anthem at Hockey games. My favorite team. 🍁🇨🇦. Happy Stitching 🎅🏻🤶🏻🎄✂️🧵🪡❤️

Another fun video! Thank you for the laughs! I always enjoy seeing what you're working on!
😂😂😂. Thankyou for being yourselves. I couldn’t stop laughing about all your antics. The ooak was the best.
A vendor at your retreat could sell OOAK colored fabrics!
Learned what OOAK stood for. Haha! Glad you had some great retreats! Fun to hear about your Canada travels!
You girls are so hilarious! I really enjoy watching you. Canada
Fellow Canadian stitcher. Glad you enjoyed Canada

I died at the OOAK 😂 North Stitch is my dream, especially that it is in CANADA 😂
Omg the target birdsssss!!!! Now you have to give each one a back story and a different voice!! Also if there is a flosstube extra for this I’d totally watch!
I got so much stitching done while you kept me company! Love a long recap video. Can’t wait for the next one…😊

Hi ladies! So glad that you had a great time at Stitch North in Canada! Loved seeing your haul and your stitching! 🇨🇦😀
I would absolutely love to go to a retreat in Florence Kentucky. I’ve never been to KY and this would be perfect opportunity!!
Never been to Canada, but thinking I need to get my passport updated just in case I get lucky enough to go! Sounds like you guys had a great time!!
I would travel from Maryland to your retreat! Count me in! - Stitching Past My Bedtime
My sister just sent me a picture of the mushroom bird from Target. She and my daughter collect them. It sounds like you both had a wonderful time. I think you would design a fun filled retreat.
Canada oh 🍁
I live in Pennsylvania but already researching travel options to Kentucky
It sounds like you had great fun in Canada
I would be watching you even if I wasn’t a stitcher. It seems like you had fun in both St Louis and Canada.
Many little gnomes come dancing on the roof. Maybe add some Norwegian birds? Love your videos! 🪡🧵☮️❤️

Canada. My country. ❤
My daughter and I would come to Florence. We’re from MA, but my daughter lived in Cincy, Covington for 10 years. It would be fun!
I’d love to go to a retreat in Florence! I’m in East Central Indiana, about 2.5 hours away. I’ve never been to a retreat and would love to try it, but I’d prefer a smaller one for dipping my toe in. So if you go ahead with it, I’m in!
Your Hand Dyed by Rolanda fabrics are sooo good! Thanks for sharing. I have a few pieces but I’d love more. It’s a shame shipping from Canada is so expensive.
It's only just under a 7 hour drive to Florence KY for me so I say yes to a retreat. Of course Stitch North is only about an hour and a half and I didn't make it there!
And did you try the ketchup flavoured chips?
You guys do such a great job and you crack me up! Amity, are you going to share your name tag pattern either as a freebie or in your Etsy shop? Erinn, the fabric you are considering for restarting Winter Snowfall is beautiful, but I think the white stitches would be lost. I would love to meet you both and Stitch North in Canada would be a great destination for a meet up! But your retreat would be fabulous!!! merry Christmas! 🎄
I love Colour & Cotton but can't afford to go often. I live 15 minutes away and it's hard to not go every day they're open. Next time you go to St. Louis, the place you guys should go is the City Museum. So much better than the arch, but you need a whole day to really enjoy it. Love your wips and stash. I recently found a chart at a local thrift store and thought of you. It's a big beautiful Macaw. I'd love to go to Canda for Stitch North.
🇨🇦 Canada 🍁, anyhoo!
Canada is high on my wish list of travel destinations but it’s such a long way from Australia that I haven’t got there yet.
Jealous about the retreats. Canada is a bit far away for me to go but if you two hold a retreat then maybe Kentucky is reachable 😂! X
Did someone say Canada?! You gals crack me up😂
Great video as always! I do have a question 🙋🏻♀️ is there a noticeable difference between the US mac n’ cheese and the Kraft Dinner from Canada? And if yes, which one is your favourite? I’ve been wondering since I’ve watched this video lol 😆 I’m from Canada as you can tell by the way I spell favourite lol
I have so many Target birds 😅 I am cut off this year lol
So was the Mac and cheese different. I’m very curious now.
Enjoyed your video! 310stitcher put me on to you! I just wanted to comment on the price of shipping... our dollar right now is about $.66 to your dollar! When I take a deep breath and order from 123 or somewhere else I have to add that 34% onto each $ US that I spend - the shipping from US to Canada is also +34%... and as 1/2 of our family lives in the States we found out that it is cheaper for us to ship to the US than to ship to another province! I am paying $100 + for each 1/2 yard I buy - and I live 2,000 miles from my nearest shop! Plus you have an amazing variety of shops - not very much here... So - I'm not meaning to make you feel bad - but it could be worse! There is something to be said for 10 x's the population as far as a market goes! Hope to meet you if you go to Stitch North next fall!
Your iaugh is contagious.
Will you be releasing your nametag pattern?
😂😅😂😅😂😅
