These vendors put whatever claims sell, I saw many times they say no parabens and when I look in the ingredient list they have them in the formula. That's why you need to verify the ingredient list 1 by 1.
@@NessaNicole No it's not. Look at the ingredients of popular eyeshadow brands, they don't contain sulfates. Eyeshadows don't foam 😂. Don't believe the suppliers just on their word, I worked with them for years and when it's time to show the right certificates oftentimes they don't have them.

The way they make the eyeshadow before putting it into the containers can be the reason why they say no sulfates

Shipping from China is so expensive because of the new laws and regulations on imports from overseas but also because the weight of the product.
