I have a first gen Pro 1.5, 2.5, & 3.3 Tmaxx’s. This was a really cool watch and listen because it brought me back. Mine are still all original and run great still. Have kids now so I let them play with them a bit. I also have electric, but I’ll never get out or give my Tmaxx’s or Savage. I love the sound & smell of nitro and the nitro cleaner….lol Well done young man!
I’d spend hours on end watching the bashing vids back then, my dad bought a brand new emaxx on release before UA-cam was out and I’d watch the traxxas DVD over and over. The designs traxxas were using around this time were the best from the box art to the bodies. Thank you NAUS/gokartking45 for uploading these. They genuinely were a big part of my childhood when I couldn’t afford a proper tmaxx and it drove me to later to flip what cars I could get until I traded up on Craigslist for a original 3.3 tmaxx (with reverse) so thank you. And this was 10-15 years ago at this point.
Been trying to get Traxxas Revo 3.3 going just this week, been sitting 10 years, crazy I've been doing almost exactly the same things in a previous video of yours. New batteries, cleaning and lubrication, new fuel, just can't quite get it yet!
Brushless is the way to go now. I was always an electric guy so I am biased. I have 5 cars all Traxxas. Just because parts are so easy to find. Maybe one day I’ll do a nitro.
I have an old tmaxx 3.3 that is at least 13 years old, as old as me, its a absolute piece of shit and wants to run away. btw 950 is a killer deal, the old one is prabably 900 itself. all of It was prabably worth araund 1750 bucks
That setup and presentation was gold man.

I can't believe you sold the old truck, I would have kept it as a keepsake and bashed it every now and then
I would have shed a tear during the sale 😅
The feels we’re real!

If you get back into it, would it be nitro again or brushless?
Great question!!
How the hell did you do what you did with these? Mine would break something literally every time I’d use it

shame you sold them man.... youll want to get back into them again. Wait until you hit your mid 30s lol.
Yeah I’m sure when my kids get old enough I’ll be buying this all over again lol
This video was a suggestion from UA-cam and I actually enjoyed it until the music at the end of video ruined the show.
