You can create hills by creating a land plot e.g. Grass with Flowers and raising it (this is possible if you select a point). You can either create slopes or cliffs. You can stack several plots on top of each other. I recommend using groups when working with heights (this works like layers in an image editing program). This allows you to create a removable roof, for example. If you activate "Keep Height", all new elements will be placed at the same height as the previous element. A coloring mode has already been suggested and discussed on my discord. It is on my list. Undo/Redo is unfortunately broken. Still need to fix that. :) I'm currently working on an asset editor + Steam Workshop support for custom assets.
That's great! Thank you! :) You can also simply import the floor plan of the city as an image using the Deco Tool. You can scale the imported image and set the opacity. If you assign the image to a group and lock this group, then the background image is locked against clicks. :)
