This was so helpful. I noticed lately that I been a little unmotivated when it comes to studying. Having a distraction page is such a good idea that I never really thought about. I think I might actually give the distraction page a try today. Thanks so much for this video.
I had so much work to do that I would randomly start crying. Every once in a while, I'd have a sudden burst of productivity but then again, after a couple of days, that productive feeling would be all gone. I thought, 'I'm done with this! I don't want to be like this anymore!' and that's pretty much how I got through this.
I do the distraction page as well!!! It is so helpful especially for as things I need to do come up and I don’t want to forget them, it keeps me from walking away to do them
