That 1 Rolling Bell in the middle on the right side of the Bell Tower from where you’re facing & the Motor was malfunctioning & not creating enough power to roll the Bell, thus causing it to intermittently roll in 1 direction, then swing for most of the time, then it wasn’t using the Motor Brake at ringdown, causing it to ring down freely. Even you’ve ended the Video, while the malfunctioning Rolling Bell was still ringing down, as probably in my guess that you would think that that Bell would take a long time to fully swing down before the Clapper isn’t hitting the Bell anymore. Well, anyway, if you did some more Videos of that Bell Tower in the future & it happens again or even on any other Rolling Bells, in my experience that I’d keep the Video going just at least until the Clapper isn’t hitting the Bell anymore, as alongside experiencing the malfunctioning Rolling Bells & whatnot, I at the same time enjoy listening to them ring, even if they’re malfunctioning. I live in the US, but I happen to like that Church a whole lot & if anything, what they should do there is to install some Live Cams around the Bell Tower to be able to virtually see it closeup from different angles, then connect them to UA-cam here & run them live, so that we don’t miss a single Bell Ring at all. Plus, as that Bell Tower there is especially very popular & whatnot, IMO, that Bell Tower deserves to have some Live Cams installed around the Bell Tower, so we can be able to virtually see those Bells ring at real time, plus even virtually screen-record the Bells ringing & share them on UA-cam with giving the Live Stream Owners credit.

Even you’ve ended the Video, while the malfunctioning Rolling Bell was still ringing down, as probably in my guess that you would think that that Bell would take a long time to fully swing down before the Clapper isn’t hitting the Bell anymore.
