Every teacher does not tell this technique of saving document in these dimensions for printing. You have solved very big problem sir . Thank you so much for your honesty with profession sir!
can you share with me your processes... this could be one or more problems associated with either the settings of your Photoshop or the processes you undertook
Thank you so much 👌 .. but i have a question .. if the client asks for a big banner ( 200 cm X 200 cm ) .. Should i design it in a small size ( 20 cm X 20 cm )then multiply it .. then save it as a copy to get a jpeg file ?
I don’t think 200cm is a big banner. You can just go ahead and design in the dimension or you could convert to inches and do the other things in the video
Let's assume that you are using 200cm as an example otherwise @Gideon is correct. But if you have a banner that is larger than 3ft by 3ft... It's best to reduce it and work with a ratio best for your computer to carry. For instance 6 x 4 ft can be 12 x 8inches... When I am done I use the image size option to take it to 72 x 48 inches which is equivalent to 6 x 4 You can also watch this second video to get clarity ua-cam.com/video/DhcVoNO7JdU/v-deo.html
HI BOSS PLEASE I NEED HELP ON THIS MY CLIENT sent me the banner size to be 260cm by 190.5.can i design on photoshop with this size?102.4 by 75 inches .should i divide again by 4 to be 25.6 by 18.75 ?
Great tutorial! Is there a limit to which you should blow up a photo? I never know because I get requests sometimes to take something 17" x 10" to like 238" x95 ". Thank you!
I have a design to print in two different sizes, one is 20by10, the other is 6by3. I noticed that when I tried adjusting the image size to 20 by 10 inches, the width and the height automatically changes to 20by20.How do I fix this I also don’t have “save a copy” option on my software.I’m using PS 2020
Hello chioma It's not clear here, what the original design size is... Because you will have to work based on that ratio... There's a second video I made that's like this one... I will post the link to it on this our comment shortly... So you watch.
Depends on what machine is printing... Basically most machines do print with CMYK but recently some print technology has started adopting the RGB color mode... So before you do any design find out what machine will print it.
You will not be able to transport that to your printer, when you convert to jpeg, its lighter and easier to transport.. when your printer receives it he can convert to Tiff file
Bro... You're a GOAT. You just saved my P.C from fraying itself
Glad I could help

What resolution do you recommend for a banner that’s 24 ft x 78 ft? Not inches but yes feet! Thanks for this video btw!
You should use 70 to 80 resolution

To keep images at the quality resolution, should they be converted to smart objects so when they are enlarged there is no quality loss?
Yes
Thank you.

No limit but your system may limit you because of its processing power

why did you design it in rgb colour mode?
It's what the machine meant for printing requires
Thanks boss. This video saved my ass.

how will converting a jpeg from inches to metres not get pixelated?
It won't trust me
why won't it?@@markaacademy1569
I cant press * (times)
I don't get you completely
tiff files are for big banners
You will not be able to transport that to your printer, when you convert to jpeg, its lighter and easier to transport.. when your printer receives it he can convert to Tiff file
👍
You're so funny))
😂😮😂
What resolution is best for 5ft by 3ft? @MarkaAcademy

Thank you brotherly you just saved a soul from destroying his system 🙏
