Ford Ranger / $27 Oil Change Start to Finish / 4.0 Liter V6

Links below! Changing the oil in our truck, and everything you need to know to do it yourself. This is a very easy process that anyone can do themselves on the cheap. Our truck is a 1996 4.0l v6 but this process should apply to any ford or Mazda pickup with this engine, 4x2 2wd or 4x4 4wd. We used a 5w-30 weight oil, it's what the owners manual called for, but some have used a different viscosity for different temperature climates and applications. The filter we used is just a generic Fram oil filter for our truck, PH8A, it was $5. Comment with any questions, enjoy!
