Lost in Thailand Rural Dan Chang

In this video we continue to explore Thailand on foot. We were told (by Google) there was a temple about 5.5KM down a country region road which is really just a few village blocks from the previous location we had visited. It turns out Google Maps was having a hiccup and thought we were about 1.5KM North of our location on another road closer to the next village over. That meant the map I studied was one of the wrong road and the end result was us getting lost in the rural part of Suphanburi. Considering the language barrier as village English is not the greatest or existent in this area, it's not like we could stop and ask where we were when we did run across the odd person who was outside on their property. There was not that many homes and there certainly was no restaurants, street food stands or shops as the land usage in the area is predominantly allocated to palm plantations and other forms of farmland. If you are wondering what the countryside of Thailand looks like look no further as this quick trek turned into a bit of a local tour of the area as we walked along travelling on foot by road through the scenic but very hot area. The plus to this was I am continually training and the point of shooting these videos is I am already out walking for weight loss to combat the high level of carbohydrates I end up consuming to help maintain my weight in the heat. If you have a VR helmet or a treadmill you could certainly load the Walking Thailand Playlist and use them as walking exercise videos, and if you do let Junior and I know how that works out for you in the comments. While it is great cardio, walking exercise for weight loss of belly fat works wonders, especially if it's hot and you stay hydrated.
