Looked at this a few times but no utility room, tiny bedrooms and no outside covered terrace. It’s overpriced for size assuming the builder overspent!

Think i saw this listed not that long ago before refurb - looks good but looks like a lot still needed to soften the look of the grounds

Fantastic location but all that stone in the garden is just unpractical and very expensive to pave
