I did notice it. But Maddie Does it Better. Maybe it's because this is Jordan's first time gonging the bell. I liked that you did something different. Keep making great videos.
Mexico is incredibly diverse! One day, we're in a colonial city like Morelia with a TON of history and gorgeous architecture. The next day we're in mountain hot springs. And the next, we're staying in a remote cabin in the middle of the woods next to a 200-year-old creepy (and supposedly haunted) cemetery. (A little sneak peak of what's to come)
My aunt lived in Morelia and I've been there like 29939482 times and last summer I went for the whole summer!!!! Everything you saw there I've already seen touched and even photographed! But seriously go more it's beautiful!
Wow! Laska was like a celebrity in there!! I was hoping more videos of Morelia, but health is first! Maddie I hope you get better and that you guys continue making great videos about your adventures in Mexico.
Hello, guys, many thanks to spend your time and make videos to show our wonderful Mexico, I live in the north of the country, and personally I am in love with the city of Morelia, every time I go on vacation, I go to that beautiful city. many many thanks. God bless you
Laskaaaaaaa....so adorable! He truly did work hard in this video, he deserves a raise..lol. Maddie I hope you feel better soon, I love ALL 3 of you in the videos. Be well guys- From CA
Hi guys the reason why they call the colectivo "combi " it's because the colectivos used to be VW vans. This vans where called combis in Mexico. Take care
Morelia is one of my favorite cities in Mexico. Los Azufres is not far from there, go and enjoy the Hot springs for a total Detox. You must go to Durango City, Durango and Orizaba, Veracruz.
El gazpacho has onion , and Chile verde and it's very spicy actually it's base on the soup like Maddie said , the story tells once a guy from Spain unable to find the ingredients for the gaspacho soup created de Morelia gaspacho. Limon, jugo de naranja, jicama , piña, mango , cebolla , Chile verde , queso, Chile seco en polvo. Forgive my Spanglish
remie angela :/ I was the one insisting to tell them not to put onion on Maddies cause she is allergic, maybe that vendor does not include it, but it always came with onion... just saying
Thanks for that warning Bernardo! I think this particular vendor doesn't use onion on his. When we got gazpacho paletas in our last video and mentioned that we're told it has onions (from you), then someone commented saying it doesn't have onions and we're mistaking jicama for onion. LOL. Well, it turns out that you were right all along!
They do the fireworks every week there i use to love going there, there was a lil shop where they do shakes with rompope and different fruits super good
That was so cute with Laska. Sorry you weren't feeling well Maddie. So excited, we just got our permanent resident visas finalized yesterday, and Morelia is one of the places we are going to explore when deciding on a permanent place to stay. It looks so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks for sharing even when your not feeling well.
You two are such an awesome and beautiful couple and it’s been a pleasure viewing your travels thru Mexico 🇲🇽!!! It’s been many years since I’ve been there and i appreciate your videos and I take my hat off to you both for allowing us to travel with you and for me it brings back memories of my grand parents. You guys need to go to TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO.. you will love it !!!
I was just in Michoacán last week visiting family in Tzintzuntzan. You guys must visit Tzintzuntzan, Patzcuaro, and go check the sunset in about 10-15 miles before Ihuatzio looking at the Isla de Janitzio. Visit the Casa de los 11 patios and up the street there is these stairs that overlook Patzcuaro. The artisan work is gorgeous there. Tzintzuntzan has these ruins called The Yacatas. Check them out during day of the dead or in the summer.
I can't believe how cold it was while you were there. I went there for a couple of days in December 2019 and had excellent weather. The church is amazing. Enjoyed walking along the agua ducto and enjoyed a local fair where they were serving sugarcane covered in a chili powder. Then spent one day traveling to Patzcuaro by combi and Janitzeo by boat to climb the monument and enjoy the view. You need to go back. Heck, I need to go back.
Thank you for showing off Morelia :D I'm from Michoacán and it's refreshing to see Morelia portraited under such a positive light. Hope Maddy gets well soon :) Keep on doing these awesome videos. You have to go back to Michoacán to visit Tzintzuntzan (there's an archaeological site there), Pátzcuaro, Janitzio (it's an island in the Pátzcuaro Lake), Uruapan... Try "nieve de pasta" (it's an ice-cream made of almonds, vanilla and milk) and "atole de grano" (it's an atole with corn, anise and it's salty, not sweet like most atoles). Keep on doing these awesome videos. Safe travels. :)
I am out solutely grateful that you went and saw Morelia. I haven't been there in 13 years now and can't wait to go back to my motherland and my mother City!
2:30 just an FYI there are different kinds of gorditas. Some of the sweet variants (at least in Northern Mexico) do contain wheat flour. However the the salty savory varieties are almost universally made out of corn flour. So no need to worry Maddie.
Thanks for the explanation Gilberto! We've seen (and smelled...mmmm) the sweet gorditas on the street many times throughout Mexico so it was a nice surprise to learn that there are some made just out of corn! Yay!
I hope you guys had a great time and hope Maddie feels much better soon. It is not your fault, simply you need to care of your health, being healthy lets you enjoy all the beautiful things life have to offer. Looking forward to more your videos.
Thank you for showing us Morelia! Wish you could go back when you have time and show us some of the surrounding area. you guys are so thorough about housing prices and stuff like that and I would love to get more information on Morelia! Hope you all are doing good and thank you as always!
Hey guys incredible video! Idk if I'm the only one but, I actually enjoy and get fun when those interactions and conversations with locals come out. I do really recommend you to talk more with them and ask them about nice places nearby. Keep doing what you do guys!
I visited Cuitzeo Morelia for 2 years and never experienced any violence or shady actions. Everyone is very nice and treated me like one of there own. They have beautiful attractions and places to tour it was the best years of my life.
Maddie you should drink a lot of fruit and veggies juice, the ones made on extractors, they’re sold everywhere in Mexico, on streets, tianguis, mercados etc. You won’t get better vitamins than straight from the farm. Ask them to put carrots, orange, apple, celery, ginger, pineapple, beats, spinach, kale and stuff like that, vitamins will lift you up, please feel better, we need more of your beautiful videos.
Thanks for sharing your Morelia videos. Would have loved to see you go to Pátzcuaro, Janitzio, cuanajo, opopeo ,santa clara and zirahuen.. It Would have brought back beautiful memories! Hope you feel better. Safe travels!!
You must to know I was born in Morelia several years ago. I'm living in Wendell ID and glad to find this kind of videos of my land here in youtube. Thanks for the remembers!
Hope Maddie feels better soon! Bummer you guys can't stay longer there. One of our friends here in Cancun studied abroad in Morelia, that's where she learned Spanish! We had no idea it was such a wonderful place until seeing your videos!
Thanks guys! We were surprised how much of a school/college town this is. Aside from the staring, Morelia is a great place with SO much to do. We barely scratched the surface.
I like how you guys respect my state and how much you guys enjoy it. I rescued a husky in Uruapan, about 1 hr and 30 min from Morelia, if you guys ever go back I would love to have ya'll for a few days and show you guys around.
Morelia is awesome i love to live in here and i like that people from other countrys to meet my country and my city thanks you to make people how beautiful is morelia and mexico.
Great video, you guys are such a cute couple and you seem very happy and connected together. I'm glad you're enjoying and going to new places in mexico
Wow what a great video that was amazing such a cool video!! This seems like an incredible city. Your adorable Dog was a star everyone loved him he sure is friendly that was really sweet to see
Thank you for your videos and I hope you feel better soon. We're thinking of buying a vacation home in Mexico and the goal was Tulum...only after watching you - I seem to like many of the cities and places you've visited. And Airbnb is incredible for anyone thinking of using the platform. They are very firm with the hosts and expect a certain quality of service to be provided for all guests. We just became hosts for our homes in Canada and I am very impressed with their system. So if you were on the fence about using Airbnb- you don't need to be. Highly recommended for both using as a guest and becoming a host Look forward to your next destination. .
Airbnb really is great! It's made our travels so much more smooth than if we had to call hotels or coordinate rentals another way. Especially in Mexico, you pretty much have to know a guy whose uncle has a rental or something like that lol. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Airbnb for others to be more confident about it! :) P.S. We have your same dilemma. There are so many great places in Mexico, we can hardly decide where to go!! Tulum is a real gem though :)
Have watched a few of ur other videos and I have finally decided to subscribe because I like how you both explain your experiences, it makes me feel like I am there traveling with you bother.
In fact, onion is a complement of gaspachos, it is one of the most emblematic gastronomic snacks in the city. It is a real honor for me as moreliano that you enjoyed the city for about two weeks. My family offers an Airbnb that is pretty close to the "Centro Histórico" so it would be a pleasure to receive you both next time. Again, thanks for sharing this amazing video with the entire world and thanks for filling Morelia with compliments.
Tangerines. Of course there are still some Día de muertos decorations left in Morelia. Michoacan is the place with the biggest Día de muertos celebration in Mexico, and you guys missed it because you went to Aguascalientes, which is a nice place but nobody in Mexico things of Aguascalientes for that day. The food. Those were corundas, not wrapped in banana leaf, they are wrapped in the leaf of the corn plant (the actual plant, not corn husks). And the original gazpachos do have onions and jícama.
We only caught the tail end of it because they took it all down almost before we finished breakfast. But still very cool to see! Maybe next year we can celebrate DDLM here. :) Aguascalientes was still an enjoyable time and we're glad we went. Thanks for the heads up on the food! We're still learning these things.
Tangerine Travels for día de Muertos I would recommend you guys visit Pátzcuaro and the island of Janitzio. Aguascalientes is nice, and they have a big big festival, Feria de San Marcos. Don’t remember the days right now. Good luck in your travels.
Although I have matrilineal ancestry to Michoacán, the place is lamentably foreign to me! Your videos along with those of the Kinetic Kennons and The New Travel really make it an incentive to get over there and know my Mom's state! The corunda that Jordan unwrapped wasn't wrapped in a banana leaf, it was wrapped in a green corn leaf, not the corn husk covering the elote/ear of corn but those long blades that droop down on the corn plant(milpa). They served Jordan his corundas with cream and salsa? Mom told me they're usually served with churepo(beef stew or broth) and the Costillas with the gorditas that Maddie ordered, ymmm....and yet I'm a complete stranger to the Michoacán cuisine, sure my Mom used to make corundas, my grandmother mole michoacano but that's about it. Take care my dear Maddie, hope you overcome your mercury detox problem, the good thing you have that "cute boy"(Jordan)to take good care of ya! ;) I'm only saying 'cute boy' on your account when you guys showed us a glimpse of your airbnb place, "and the COOL airbnb came with a cute boy and a beautiful dog(Laska)! :)
Thanks for clearing that up for us Joe! We have a lot to learn about Michoacan and the food here. It's so much different than in other parts of Mexico. We would have loved to try more of it but at least I was limited with my onion allergy. :/ P.S. I feel so thankful that I have this loving cute guy to stay by my side and support me through it. Couldn't ask for anything more! :)
I truly love your videos and have seen a bunch of them, but have you guys been in Guanajuato city? I was looking for that video but couldn’t find it, if not you guys should go for sure!!!!!! I love Morelia by the way!! Thanks for all your videos and your love for Mexico 💕
First of all I'm glad to hear your good comments about Morelia, my lovely city. I recommed you, on next time you visit Morelia, to eat at "El mezón de los Agustinos", this place it's at "Cerrada de San Agustin". Enjoy Your Trip!! Greetings!!!! :D
Love this. Especially how everyone loved Laska; I guess they hadn't seen such a big floof before. You're a lot stronger than you look if you can carry Laska for so long!
You must go back and check out the surrounding areas like pascuaro and Quiroga you will love it. Also I believe you didn’t go to the original gazpacho place that one is a must go too but I’m glad you guys enjoyed the firework show.
Since u guys r history buffs.. Santa Clara del Cobre has 2 beautiful small historic churches.. My son wa Baptized in the larger one closest to the plaza. It is kept immaculant and try the great "pan" bread by the plazas and the tostadas de " carne apache " in middle of the only plaza.
I don't really know how I ended up in here, but I really enjoyed to see how you guys like the city. I'm glad you guys had such a great time while visiting my beautiful city :)
I'm glad that you like Morelia I'm from michoacan and I live in Denver Colorado thanks for visiting my state I hope they come back again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great video! Thank you :) Just in case no one has cleared this up yet: Gazpacho is a spanish summer soup. Cucumber, onion, garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, vinegar and bread. It is like a shake-salad. In Mèxico, due to its refreshing purpose, I guess, different combinations of fruit and vegetables have taken this name.....Morelia's is the most popular one, as far as I know. Gracias por mostrar con amor nuestro Mèxico!! Besos!!
Very cool. Its kinda funny, a lot of people do not want to even talk about Dio de los Muerto, and its rather unknown to many anglos. But this is very much a part of old Mexico, glad you found it , and spread some information about it...........
I find your videos extremely interesting. They have given me an entirely new perspective on Mexico. A perspective that is quite opposite of what we hear in the news. You two should get some kind of award from the Mexican ministry of Tourism!
I am happy you had a great time in the little light show, lol. Thanks for the shoutout, just happy to help you get the best experience. Laska is so cute, that is why everybody wants to pet her... I knew you would love the gazpacho, it is the ultimate Mexican fruit and chilli mix... by the way, the traditional recipe for gazpacho does include onion, so I just wanted to avoid giving Maddie an allergic reaction. Happy traveling
We really did! Thank you for sending us that great recommendation and the heads up about onions. Sometimes we miss things in translation. It's cool that gazpacho in Morelia doesn't have onion though ... especially since all the other dishes do! Lol P.S. Laska is too cute not to pet lol that was the most adorable thing! 😍
Maddie, hope you get better. It seems Jordan loves you a lot because he is there for you always. Love you guys and as long as you be fine Maddie, we can wait to see more of your videos. Shout outs guys. Keep it up!!!
Great Video,, guys!! Also a bit inspirational to hear about Maddie's battle with mercury poisoning, certainly her positive attitude and courage made up in this video for the thins they could not broadcast.
I glad that you liked my home city, I have lived here my whole life and I haven’t seen the city and life around in the way that you guys did it. Hopefully you comeback sometime again. I’m sorry if some people make you felt uncomfortable for looking at you, it wasn’t the way you dressing or behave, it just that is a small city that is still can’t get used to the tourists walking around. Congratulations for your channel I really enjoy it
Did you notice anything different about the bell gonging in this video? 🙊
Tangerine Travels yes, the super kick by Maddie
This time Jordan gonged the bell.
I did notice it. But Maddie Does it Better. Maybe it's because this is Jordan's first time gonging the bell. I liked that you did something different. Keep making great videos.
What a charming innovation.
Find out about the monarch butterfly park while you are there, its a sight to see at least once in your life time, i think its migrantion season.

Thanks for sharing how beautiful Mexico is, friends🙋🏼♂️👍🏻
Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work:) God bless you guys
Hope you are already feeling better, Maddie!! Thx to both of you for your excellent videos?
awesome, I can't wait for the mountains and cemetery. get well soon Matty
Laska is such a great dog. She didn't freak out with the fireworks like most dogs would. That scene with everyone wanting to pet her was so cool.

I'm almost in tears guys! Thank you for sharing our beautiful culture 💓
It’s great that Laska is so social and friendly, and not afraid of fireworks like many other dogs! 😀
Aww love Laska 😍, hope you feel better Maddie!
Wow! Laska was like a celebrity in there!! I was hoping more videos of Morelia, but health is first! Maddie I hope you get better and that you guys continue making great videos about your adventures in Mexico.
I saw you guys in “Panoli”, is just that you were eating and I didn’t want to bother you. Thank you for showing my city !
We love that place! Thanks for showing us that respect, but feel free to say hi next time!
Awesome video guys, especially for Laska. She sure seemed to enjoy the evening. Sorry to hear about Maddy's condition. Hope she feels better.
I love how Laska lets Jordan hold her like a baby! Our husky doesn’t like to get held at all!!
Laska is currently auditioning for a bigger role on Tangerine Travels. Who should get demoted if Laska gets the part? Maddie or Jordan?
Tangerine Travels vote 🗳 jordan demoted
Haha no one should get demoted, but we all know that Laska is the real star here. She was so cute in this video!
If I ever saw laska I would do the same , people from Morelia love dogs .
They have adoption centers and protect their rights ...
Both of, laska should have the main part of the show!! Lol jk all of you are the best
Which one of you two wants to hang around the house and wait to get fed?

¿81 pesos por una gordita? Pues se los chamaquearon 😱 . . .

@@TangerineTravels Probably due to such a beautiful blonde Guarecita accompanied by her cute boy! ;)
Laska is a true rock star. Great video my friends.
The superstar of the family for sure! Thanks William! :)
Laskita enjoying fireworks! So cute...
Vayan! Al lago Camecuaro!!
Y a " los Azufres" !!!
Excelentes lugares y cercas de morelia
P.S. We have your same dilemma. There are so many great places in Mexico, we can hardly decide where to go!! Tulum is a real gem though :)
I absolutely LOVE 💕 your videos. Guys, keep on going with your amazing work, you are “literally” going to places! Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦
Great video, I hope you get better Maddie. I love Morelia, I have been there only once but I would like to visit again.
Thanks lpabeck! I hope so too. Morelia is wonderful in so many ways. Hope we can come back again too!
Awe praying for your health!!!! ✝️🙏🏻
Wow the church is beautiful 🇲🇽
We are here now and loving it. A bus drive from Ajijic. About 3 1/2 hours. Beautiful city. Clean. Cheap for excellent
Amazing how Laska wasn't scared witless by all the undoubtedly loud noises of the fireworks going off so close to her
Night life in Morelia is amazing!
bienvenidos a Michoacán y gracias por la promocion que nos están haciendo con sus vídeos! si un día vuelven los invitamos a comer! ;)
Take care my dear Maddie, hope you overcome your mercury detox problem, the good thing you have that "cute boy"(Jordan)to take good care of ya! ;)
I'm only saying 'cute boy' on your account when you guys showed us a glimpse of your airbnb place, "and the COOL airbnb came with a cute boy and a beautiful dog(Laska)! :)
Thanks for clearing that up for us Joe! We have a lot to learn about Michoacan and the food here. It's so much different than in other parts of Mexico. We would have loved to try more of it but at least I was limited with my onion allergy. :/
P.S. I feel so thankful that I have this loving cute guy to stay by my side and support me through it. Couldn't ask for anything more! :)
Thank you! I've been living in Colima, Mexico for 11 years and I love Morelia. And was happy to see your Colima video, too.
Both are great places! Thanks for watching, Diane :)
I truly love your videos and have seen a bunch of them, but have you guys been in Guanajuato city? I was looking for that video but couldn’t find it, if not you guys should go for sure!!!!!!
I love Morelia by the way!!
Thanks for all your videos and your love for Mexico 💕
New subi!!! Love your content! Should have stopped by Morelia when my husband asked before we left Michoacán!¡! Now I cant wait to visit!!!!
Oh wow I love this video😍 Viva Mexico 🇲🇽🥰
This is one of our FAVORITE recent videos but not many of you have seen it: ua-cam.com/video/SMVJt88EJHo/v-deo.html
I don't really know how I ended up in here, but I really enjoyed to see how you guys like the city. I'm glad you guys had such a great time while visiting my beautiful city :)
Thank you for visiting my city hope you like enjoyed your vacation
I'm glad that you like Morelia I'm from michoacan and I live in Denver Colorado thanks for visiting my state I hope they come back again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Get healthy Maddie, definitely go back to the region in a few months or whatever, there is so much more to see.
Congrats to Laska on guest starring.
We feel like we missed out on a LOT while being here, but health comes first. :/
Laska really stole the show that night! Lol
Besos!!
I like to see real Mexico (not just tourist areas). The drone shops are very nice too! Thanks!
Very cool. Its kinda funny, a lot of people do not want to even talk about Dio de los Muerto, and its rather unknown to many anglos. But this is very much a part of old Mexico, glad you found it , and spread some information about it...........
Thanks for the Airbnb reveal!! I travel alot and always wondered if Airbnb was my cup of tea or not.
I am happy that you have liked Morelia, although I miss many things to see I hope some day come back
I find your videos extremely interesting. They have given me an entirely new perspective on Mexico. A perspective that is quite opposite of what we hear in the news. You two should get some kind of award from the Mexican ministry of Tourism!
You are too sweet. Thanks Daisy!
The news is very bad fame. Not true. They just put 3% of something bad and people think that's all it is.
Lol
Jordan is so loving and supportive. I'm very lucky to be with him ❤
Great Video,, guys!!
