People who run from the cops should get a minimum sentence of 5 years with no early release. And, add to it for every time they endangered someone. Like this person blew through a school zone, speeding past a school bus (thank goodness no kids were unloading), crashing into innocent people. This person should be getting a minimum 25 years in prison with no early release. I also think police should be able to use deadly force to stop the drivers since their vehicles are considered deadly weapons and because so many innocent people and police officers have been killed by these knuckle heads.
I think they should give the suspect a choice. A lengthy jail sentence, OR, amputation of their Right Foot with no disability for no jail time (this way we don't have to pay for them to be in prison).
