The shuffle and running man are two steps in form. The lift and plant are what make it a full rotational technique. Lift slide, slide plant. The steps are meant to keep a rhythm and timing comes with the muscle memory as you progress.
I think what costlynickles meant by shuffle step is really called the t- step along with the running man. But yes once you get those steps down then you can add a little extra to your moves for more show. Melbourne shuffler all the way!!
The Toneshifterz song is actually Sunny Marleen Feat. Alisa Fedele - Dirty liar (Toneshifterz Remix). I know the song got it's official name a month after this video's release, I'm just informing you just in case you want to change it in the description.
