If you go for smart light bulbs you will be able to adjust the brightness and the colour of the light from a nice warm orange colour to a white colour.

Very rarely that any building projects run's to budget well probably none of them to be honest with you that I've ever come across..but yes always save what you can by fetching what is needed yourself..but personally not that I could really tell but the downstairs tiles I would of gone with black grouting to contrast in with with the black coloured tiles on the ones on the steps because light grout will end up that colour in time and sorry Laura get some gloves never mind your nails lol..but hope you and Laura have a fabulous time in the Florida sonic the hedgehog Lol
