.I have noticed in your videos that you find a great diversity of pieces in those fields. Wow. I am fascinated by those notches in some of your finds. Woof, woof, woof, buddy. Blessings on your way.
Dat gone, I feel ya... I've never found a gorget. Maybe pieces, not sure..Getting old sucks...I used to could tell you within a few feet of where I found every piece I picked up..Nice video, man !! 👍. Hope you don't get tired of me commenting..lol
Sure was. 😁 The museum in the closest town has paintings of the settlement that was there when the Europeans settled the area. No teepees. The tribe that lived there was the Miami Indians and they lived in wickiups. It's a round structure with wooden frame made of branches then covered with mats made of river cane. I've found trans paleo on up there. It's my go to spot. So big you can't hunt it all. And believe me I've tried. 😳😁🤪
Thanx stay tuned. More videos with all the good stuff you want to see. Just gotta find time to edit and upload. Subscribe if ya haven't. Thanx if ya have.✌
Thanx bub, the channel is starting to get off the ground. Started it 4 weeks ago. Got almost 200 subs and they're going up quicker than a dress on prom night. LOL If you do a UA-cam search for arrowhead hunting ive got 3 video in the top 20. And got pinebelt relics and hawking lithics as subs to name a couple. Hell I think there's a chance my channel might go viral!!! Especially with all this covid stuff going around. 😂🤣😂🤣🤪✌
Awesome, man...Yeah for some reason I can’t get in any of those guys to subscribe to my channel. Some of them I’ve been subscribed to their channel for four to five years and always comment. I use to be big with Rocks Cousteau and he would support my channel given me shout out and all but he said some things last year that I didn’t agree with so we had a falling out.
@@thequestforartifacts Well bub, if I ever get as big as those guys. I'll still comment on your channel. LOL We know that it's not about subs and views its about the thrill of the hunt and good times with friends. I think I know what your problem is. Find more and better artifacts. LOL Tell the wife he's gotta mow the yard from now on. You've got artifacts that need rescued no time to waste. ( #all points matter) 🤣😂 NOW GET OUT THERE AND KEEP LOOKING DOWN AND POUND THAT GROUND ✌
What an interesting array of different types in this field. Really good workmanship/overstriking on some of them. Are you sure that round rock wasn't a hammerstone? Will be fun to see what all comes out of this field in subsequent years. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanx, that was a two day hunt. Walked 15.3 miles. I need to get me a miniature blimp so I can strap myself to it and just hover above the ground and pick up arrowheads. LOL What do ya think?
Thanx, glad you guys are keeping an eye on me. LOL I've been hitting it hard and not mowing the yard. Got more of the good stuff on the way. Just gotta find time to edit and upload. Did you see those trees? I can't say for sure cause didn't see it happen but I'd say it was either a beaver or a midget with an axe. What do you think??? 🤣😂🤣😂✌
Man that’s a killer place it’s a shame about that dove tail. You are going to find a lot of great artifacts in that place good video best of luck and be safe
Alot of broken slate stuff maby I'll get lucky one day and find a whole peice. Previous owners have a winged banner that came from there like a hundred years ago.
I was rootin for you on the gorget bud, IV found some broke one's too. Great finds tho! That notched- base 1 possibly a reworked Thebes? And the long white 1 with the tip missing would have been a killer! Looked like a dovetail. Thanks for sharing 👍
Wow a field with a creek on each side and a river on the 3rd. That seems to be an awesome spot. Dig you a hole somewhere. I bet that place has been occupied for a long long time. Awesome hunt. Keep on rockin
Yup, that place is awesome. In present time it's like having a county road on each end and a highway on the third. I find from trans paleo on up. Stay tuned you dont want to miss what comes out of the ground next.
Awesome!! The banner was a heartbreaker. I was like be whole. Be whole. Lol. And I think the little point with a big base looked kinda cool. We don't have them, but kinda looked like a Thebes. Don't know if y'all have them or not.
Thanx for watching. The green banded slate peice is a Adena gorget or pendant. It's hard to tell because of it being broken. A gorget has two holes and a pendant only one. Dont forget to subscribe. More great videos on the way with all the stuff you want to see, not just points.

Yah, I'm in an area that is loaded with artifacts. I find very few paleo tho.
You may think about carrying a probe of some sort to poke around those beautiful Heartbreakers, may find the other half some day!
Killer hunt!
Cool finds on a cold day . Congratulations Man Damn nice points…….
Nice field to hunt. True heart breaker with the gorget. best of luck on your future hunts!
Thanks bub, love the channel name.
That was an excellent field. Weathered and mostly clear. I love fields like that.
YESSIR, those are my favorite as well. That's when the flint really stands out .

Lots of action, love those notched ones, love seeing any part of a banded slate artifact 😎😎😎
Yeah, me to. It always catches my eye. I bring home every peice I find. I find alot of slate here. Red is my favorite. ✌
Some BEAUTIFUL points.
That field is massive. Super finds bro. Gotta love it when the smokers are laying in top and you don’t have to pray...Please be whole.
Yeah, sun tanners are SWEET. Are you in Indiana?
@@365headhunter3 no sir I am in WV and hunt southern Ohio, eastern Ky and Western WV. Do go to Indy in the summer a couple times usually
First one looks like a Big Sandy 👍 Nice Hunt!
Thanx you been doing any good?
@@365headhunter3 Not the last couple times, but I’m onto a good spot. The field you look, must have been a huge Native city over the years.

This was cool man, thank you.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Get back to ya.
Gosh, wish I could go arrowhead hunting with you. I've only found a handful in several years.
Have you checked out Monoquet meadows, near Warsaw?
Nice ones

It was a nice hammerstone. Gifted two in a row and they're thrown back. Ugh

Great finds! Could those simple side notch tools be arrow shaft scrapers?

No.Ce.IN

A Hardaway or or bolan bevel
