ShopSync seems to no longer exist in the App Store. There is the MailChimp app, and the eShopSync. The MailChimp app has a free plan available, then starts at $11 US a month. The eShopSync has no free option, it starts at $17 US a month. Ahhh, I just found this: "Today, Mailchimp is announcing that it has acquired one of those integrations, ShopSync, to power its new app. It did not disclose the financial details of the deal. As a result, the ShopSync app is being retired effective immediately.Oct 26, 2021"

This will be difficult without a third party integration, may I ask why you are looking to transfer from MailChimp to Shopify? Usually it is the other way around

Hi, if the app section is not accessible does it mean I need to upgrade my Shopify or something else ?
Do you need to disable Shopify email configurations if you are using mailchimp?
