We are very lucky to have authentic cuisines from different countries on our doorstep! Even our supermarkets have big sections of world cuisines . When cooking , many people add different spices to their everday food too!

Guys when you come to Uzbekistan, you also may taste Djizak samsa in Djizak city, in Qipchoq chayxana! It's the centre of the biggest samsa in the world! I highly recommended taste it in this location.
