Love love love the way you presented the difference between traditional rider waite cards n Druid craft.and not at all lengthy...i wish i could see n learn more...thanku so much mam....love and namaste from india🙏🏻🙏🏻😇bless u
I can listen to you talk all day long about Tarot and witchcraft. You are a wealth of information and wisdom. It took me 2.5 hours to watch this video because I paused it after each card comparison to ponder it. I have the Hoi Polloi and have been reading Rider Waite for decades and, I just got the Druid Craft tarot. So, I kinda feel like you made this video for me. ;) Thank you! Much love and blessings!
Lovely blue edging on your Druid Craft, I trimmed mine as well and edged it in tree bark brown. When you described the Druid Craft as a deck about perspectives, I think that is such a perfect description.I do like The Wildwood Tarot better though, I love that the courts are all animals! The Wildwood Tarot is one of my favorite decks, for me it has its own system. I have RWS decks, with Pixies art, I really appreciate them and think they are beautiful. The reason I don't read with them is they have such religious overtones, that I can not personally get passed to the larger meanings. I was raised Catholic and that is not my spiritual path any longer, so while I don't read with a RWS deck I do use many of the RWS clones for readings, two I use often is, The Everyday Witch Tarot and The Tarot of the Trees. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed this. I often put different decks back in order and then compare them card by card.
Wonderful take on the Druidcraft tarot. This is my first deck, I was so drawn to the artwork, and the colours. I’ve never thought to sit with it, like this.
Druidcraft is by far my favorite deck, since I got it 3 yrs ago, I rarely feel the urge to use any of my other decks. I've developed such a strong bond with this deck.. what an awesome video! Thank you!
Tarot seems to come from an age where pornography was cloaked in religion to hide the fact that it seldom conveyed any extra meaning or was otherwise needed. Some cultures hid patterns and information in their art; which leads me to wonder about the various magick sigilia. The Druid Craft seems to show distinct possibilities in the Six of Swords by the contrast of light and dark. Its wheel seems to have less meaning, but reminds me of the account of Muhammad drawing a circle around someone and telling them to stay there as he went off to minister to the spirits in the distance. Different decks tend to make the reactions newer and some don't find certain cultural inflections of art that relevant to them.
