I know 2 times in a row as well! Thanks for the tips from your channel !! Can't wait to see your next video. Ps everyone hilltops link is in the notes below
My favorite method is to drill a hole and punch a torx bit in.Or if it is really stubborn -drill a hole and weld a hex key inside of it (you can use copper pipe to protect threads ),chop it off to be I and use impact wrench .Also baby oil works miracles as a penetrating oil(especially if you heat up a part a bit).parafin wax combined with heat is also miracle worker since it melts inside and lubricates threads.
The title wording is confusing me. Did you mean "mechanically extract broken bolts" or is there some way to break a bolt other than mechanically? Either way I really need to buy some left hand drill bits.
Nice extraction. Thanks for the video keep on keeping on.
Thank you ARW !!
Nice trick! I’ll be bookmarking this video! Thanks for sharing. Now if I can only remember this next time I need it!
Yes it's one of my first steps. Some times I do the welding a nut trick but then it's harder to drill. :)
Success. It is always a good feeling when it grabs and comes out.

Torx bit is a good idea I may have to try that in place of an easy out. Thanks

It is kinda wordy, I think I Will ll change it . It was speaking to bolts broken mechanically not rusted in or impacted to tight. thank you
@@Wrighmachining Then just saying broken bolts would work.
@@Wrighmachining My background is computers not machines, so wording often confuses me since we don't share the same background.
Its better if drill is not sharp ,dull drill bit grabs better.
I can see that working, good point.
