Not a DeLorean, but another 80s classic, the Lamborghini Countach. :) DeLorean doors hinge up like wings from the top at the roof, not rotate up from the front. Takara used the Countach body in Microman, Diaclone, and repeatedly in Transformers. :D
Right! I mentioned that it was a collaboration between Lamborghini and Wonda coffee. I was just forgetting what the doors that open up that specific way were called. I mentioned the DeLorean knowing that the doors opened up differently than the ones here. And that is super interesting about the Countach being used in Microman, Diaclone and Transformers!! No wonder it stood out so much out of the dozen or so other Choro Q omake I picked up! Also have a red one with a spoiler. Thanks for the info Bry!
Nice selection you showed off, but the Turtle takes the cake! Mexico still does these promotions I believe. I pulled a Spider-Man from a bag of pizza flavored puff Cheetos when Spider-Man 3 was in theaters and a neat plastic Hulk keychain inside a bag of Bimbo puff Choco pastries when Avengers 2 was out.
Man, I want that purple robot so bad! I love gashapon and keshigomu, but I recently got into omake once I found some on ebay. Love this kind of stuff. Great video!
Very likely from a Kinder Egg! Now that you mention it, I found it at a Japanese antique shop mixed in with a pile of retro Japanese omake and Kinder Eggs... glad I said "mostly Japanese" and some "eurasian" ;)
That turtle is glorious! Haha. Hey, I got a small lot of rubber robots recently... I only wanted a couple of them, but I'd love some help identifying the other ones. They're mostly like big single colour keshi with removable/articulated limbs... Would it be cool to flick you a pic via Facebook or something? Cheers bro.
I find these oddly cool so keep it up.

@@TOKYOTOYBANZAI ah, I missed a bit when I watched, sorry.
The Countach has "scissor doors" while the DeLorean has "gull-wing" doors. :D

I love that Dorimon.
I've actually another one and several others from that line that I'll be putting up for sale!
Nice collection there. That Ninja Turtle one was amazingly cool!
Sometimes, the cheap toys are the best toys. ;)
Great video.
Ain't that the truth! Thanks man!!
