I like their wireless headphones! Good connectivity and easy to use for little ones. They're not the cheapest, but they've worked really well for us. Although it's designed for 3+. My 3 year old daughter is on the smaller side and it barely fits her properly (too big). My son used it around 4 years no issues.
Great video! I just purchased 3 of the minis for each of my kiddos and 1 of the Yoto player for family time .. I also purchase silicone cases for all of the yoto’s, a card case and a few cards to start.. Is there something else I may need?
You have everything to start! One thing to consider for the future and depending if your kiddos listen in the same area would be some headphones for the minis.
Doesn't the larger one have more storage too? Not sure if all devices are the same but our toddler can pull the cards out of the larger player where the mini is a tighter fit. He is young and wants to take them out too much and not let it play. So for that reason alone I prefer the mini.
Your content is always so helpful and succinct esp for a busy first time mum. THanks Kevin.
Thanks for the kind words! Always glad to help out other parents.
Thank you for talking about the audio differences!
wow great comparison video! thanks!
You're welcome! thanks for watching.
Thank you! So helpful to see you holding it to better understand the size. Do you have opinions on their wireless headphones?

Initially I thought that too but according to the website they both have 32GB. I haven’t noticed any fitment differences on ours.
Which one is easier for your kids to operate
Mini
For my 3 year old daughter the mini is easier but for my 5 year old son not really a difference.
@@kevin-lu Thank you very much 👍👍
Hi - what is the blue case/holder/storage tub thing you are using? Its holding the Yoto players and some cards
It's a 3d printed holder from Etsy. The store I got it from seems to be taking a break right now, but there are plenty if you search Yoto holders.
You sure about the battery life of both players? Everything I’ve seen so far says the mini has a longer battery life.
100% sure about that both from Yoto’s own website and my own usage. Yoto mini runs out of battery much faster.
An important issue not addressed here is annoyance. Both have 35mm jacks & Bluetooth audio for adults who have JUST ABOUT HEARD ENOUGH ALREADY! 🤫
Still don’t know what it is or does? So no it’s wasn’t helpful for me 😂
