Two things: One have you had experience spraying Sherwin Williams’ Emerald? Second, I’m a new subscriber (thanks to Jason at BM). If it were my shop I’d open the floor and wall and cap that plumbing flush. Otherwise you’re blowing uncirculated dust from behind your spray booth. Not to mention you’re paying (monthly) for that unused sqft. I like your channel, I hope Rowdy sticks around until your twins join officially your team. Ps. My wife is from CT.
Great deal Josh . I am not even spraying cabinets , (other than vanities with an HVLP Fuji) just tiny stuff. So I cannot imagine the load off your back knowing it’s showtime ! You should put a sigh up over the both door “” SHOWTIME””! In my other dangerous life we would dress and as we walked out the door to work there was a big sign “”SHOWTIME””. Now I really enjoy learning stuff from craftsman like you , Thk you for the video Josh
Congrats on the new paint room and filter system. My sons is similar, but yet different. His does have a large duct to the outside. His room has a 4 ft wide awning type window which he opens while spraying. Problem is moving finished cabinets back into the shop. They take up lots of space as you well know. And sometimes schedules get changed for various reasons, causing the finished cabinets to remain in the shop. Ultimately he will remove the 4 ft wide window and build an addition to the shop for the finished cabinets. From there they can have the hardware installed etc. and then loaded for delivery. This past year he decided to buy a new shipping container for cabinet storage. He bought a new container with doors on the side from an internet dealer. He paid about $4500 up front, but the container was never delivered. Apparently there are lots of container scams, as he found out from the police.
Oh cool. Yeah that’s always the problem with small shops like ours. They fill up fast with cabinets. Bummer to hear about the shipping container not showing up.
Very nice setup! A question I have is since the air exits out the top and as you stated will circulate around into the booth, are you concerned with that air flow picking up dust and crap once it exits the booth and it will land on what you are painting?
Curious to see how you think EVO holds up in a kitchen. I sprayed some recently and I do enjoy it. I normally spray solvent based Conversion Varnish. No call back yet but I was curious about what your experience has been. Great spray booth.
Paint spray booth is indispensable for a wood workshop, your workshop is so beautiful and wonderful 🤩🤩
Thank you

When are you going to make a video on your spray booth?
lol
What are we going to spam in your comments now that you showed the spray booth haha. Great video man
@@DopedScope hahaha. I’m sure you can find something
Thanks for watching 🤙

Initially I thought that might be an issue but I haven’t had a problem with it so far
Great setup, reminds me of my small shop and spray booth
Sent you a PM on your FB page

I think it will hold up well. It also touches up very easy which is great. I sprayed my first kitchen with it 8 months ago. No call backs.
That’s great. One last question did you use the cross linker
@ I did not
Random painting question: working on my first frameless painted cabinet. Any trick to painting the face of the boxes? Or just plastic and tape? Thanks
I would stack all my box parts and spray the edges all at one time. This method works really good
@@NE_woodworks Like it, thank you!
Gonna be invaluable. Is it wired 220 to its own circuit?
Yep. 220. Own circuit
Did you get the WuTang dunks?
No. One of these days I’ll get my hands on a pair
