Ingredients for the old-fashioned brioche:
500g of white flour or type t45
1 sachet of baker's yeast
200 ml of milk
2 sachets of vanilla
140g of butter at room temperature
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Egg yolk with a little milk for glazing
Baking:
Depending on your oven, 170 degrees for 25 minutes
Decoration of your choice
Either jam and toasted almonds, chocolate, or sugar pearls
