Every software guy applies to thousands of jobs .. no one even cares to reply… is he/she complaining about it? Even the big MNCs.. irrespective of location.. all over the world nobody replies! That’s the concept of supply and demand. Don’t generalise statements saying people are better in Mumbai and not in Telugu industry. Everyone knows about how nepotism works in Mumbai. Also, just because the film guys have the media access, doesn’t mean they will talk like there problems are world issues! Every software guy also goes through the same bullshit.
