I adore the book "The Art of Manipulating Fabric". It's one i return to again and again in my ever growing sewing book collection. So inspiring and open ended. She gives suggestions of applications for the techniques, but the sky's the limit 🪡 Have fun making stuff this year! Right now I'm working on a white quilted coat with black hawaiian applique. (Your Sea NY coat is hawaiian quilt inspired). In the home strech!
Hi Jordy! as a delusional crafter myself, I love the polka dot bag idea!! I have sewed many bags and if your fabric has some stretch, I definitely recommend doing a non-stretchy lining to avoid the bag getting misshapen when you put heavier items in it. Best of luck on your projects!!
Okay I've gotta just say you are giving today! The makeup, your hair, the cape, and your interior/backdrop are all divine. I've been binging everything you post lately, keep it up!

with the pins instead of glueing the fabric on - why dont you polster/drape the fabric around the plastic thing - and then sew it tight on the backside. It's a little hard to describe but I hope it make sense - love your videos! really looking forward to seeing your projects
I had several of those dropped waist pleated skirt dresses in the mid-1960s. I like wearing dresses, and those were so cute.
