I was interested in your channel until I just watched you guys promote homes being sold by DR Horton. Jesus! Bring up all the lawsuits against them across the country. These are the worst builders nationwide. Bring some transparency to your page. Cause that's just wrong. And you just lost alot of credibility with using junk homes to get viewers. And how did I learn about Dr H? Right here on you tube.
Here's the thing. We are real estate agents, so this is what we do. We have no affiliation with DR Horton but they fill a hole in the market. Here locally, we have not seen the issues you mentioned in other markets. They use local contractors everywhere so when you do as much as they do, you're bound to have some issues somewhere. We actually met some of the local contractors working for them here and we were impressed by the quality. Trust me, we went into it with the same concerns you have. Ultimately though, our job is to protect our clients, so anyone working with us who buys a DR Horton (or any) home will have us there making sure they are protected in every way they can be. If we see a fall-off in the quality of their local builds, I can promise you that you will hear about it right here.
