P.E.I. CLAM DIG - KIDS CLAMMING ON BEACH ON FAMILY VACATION

Did you say Family Beach Vacation? Our Prince Edward Island family vacation starts with kids fun on the beach with a PEI Beachcomber's clam dig and claim boil. The kids rake the beach and hunt for oysters, quahogs, and soft-shell clams. We find hermit crabs and learn about mussel socks. Our local guide, Jimmy Conohan helps us clean and sort our seafood find and then boils it up the clams and mussels in a traditional beachcomber's claim boil!
