Thank you for this. It is great. Only problem is you have mixed inches and cms. on the head band and seam allowance, I realised when I went to cut it out that it wasn't big enough.. Loved the instructions otherwise.

I used a white dacron and cotton fabric and it turned out great. The fabric is kind of thin though so you can use a heavier cotton if you desire like a quilt weight cotton or something
