5:45 ish, I’ve always wondered about this, why isn’t the passive stun during the combo affected by AAR? I don’t think it’s specifically called out in her kit
As a heads-up, it's a bit of a bear to check time stamps from the UA-cam Studio app, so a bit more context (just naming the champ is enough) helps with these. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it. But the answer is that it is affected by AAR (see Red Skull), it just isn't affected by OAAR, which is what glancing is, since it doesn't occur in the same frame as you striking the opponent. Minor difference.

Oh fun. That's actually a bug. The relic description says "refreshes," and if it's triggering the tacfic, then it's just plain reapplying. I was going to say that I know Thor is good but use Gamora because of the opportunity cost of which relics I have available for which champs, but that is a good shout. Didn't know Thor was pulling a fast one 🤣

I recommend using Vox with Thor relic specifically the vigor fury ruin as this buff counts towards the tactic on each medium attack
