Pressing:high
Pass:mixed
And my main deal are possesion boosts
Yes, that's not bad - these tactics can serve well against an opponent who is weaker or has similar quality. This video is about trying to beat a strong opponent, so that's why we use defensive mentality

Not really, you should play attacking with short passes against weaker teams

I played against a team 20% higher rated then me in a cl group stage match and lose 0-5 at home while using hard defending. Then when I played them again, I used attacking and only lost 1-0. I used simular tactics in the round of 16 against a team 10% better than me and won 5-3 on aggregate, so I'm not quite sure why that is happening.
Yea sure, this is a video about general tactics. Of course, sometimes, the attacking tactics don't work against weaker teams, so you can break them by playing defensive with counterattacks on. On the other hand, sometimes, playing defensive against stronger teams is risky, you can use attacking if your team is struggling.

I am playing a CL quarter final against a team 11% better than me. They are playing a 3-4-3 with an AMC and DMC. All of their players are around the same quality, but they have trained most of them so they have very stats. What do I do?
