An RC balloon trip back in time to 1985

In this last special video we see two model balloon envelopes that were built by Portslade School in Brighton in 1985 as a school project! These are now held in trust to the British Balloon Museum and Library (BBM&L)

Well, that first red and white balloon looks perfect for me.
Would anyone know her maker and how I could have some blueprints sent to me by e-mail?
